YoChicago So the only excuse is that you made a mistake originally? I’m here in Old Town and I own 3 other properties in LP. Call me crazy but I like to know how much a property might be selling for before I decide to inquire about a tour. Unless things like prices are no longer important in the real estate market.
YoChicago How about you post the prices of these listings in the future? I know ! What a crazy idea! I’ve been buying and selling property in Chicago for 22 years and you still don’t get the point that this was a poorly constructed video when it was first released. That’s the point! If you don’t grasp this then it means you have not changed your flawed methodology. If you have changed then the answer should be “ I’m sorry I did not know what I was doing back then”! It’s one or the other!
@@miketheman4341 Can you be more unaware? I haven't posted a for-sale listing in years. And I never posted prices because change frequently and idiots would view the video weeks, months or years later and not understand that. Get a grip on reality - and go to websites that post current prices.
Steve Jovan My parents purchased their home for $14,000 they sold that same home for $56,000. The current value of the same crappy house that I was born and raised in , in Chicago is now $495,000. The house is only worth 14,000 the rest is over inflated value. Chicago is expensive for many reasons, Not the least of which is a constant raising of tax’s on property. Lincoln Park is one of the most expensive areas in Chicago so yes it is expensive. I don’t know where you’re from but that’s where I was born and raised.
Beautiful property, and well done presentation. I can't imagine the heat bills in the winter with those high ceilings and big rooms!
Jerry Weis i would be wearing my coat in winter💜 in that home. Beautiful home
@@sharonfauber2118 lol, true!
Beautiful and different, interesting would be a better way of describing this house, I really like this house!
I live around corner and taxes are horrific. The 30 million or 50 on Burling is ridiculous.
Price??
Note the date of the video.

@@miketheman4341 look it up. Or call the Realtor. It's an 8 year old video.

Use Panasonic GH3 now. This may have been shot with Panasonic GH2.
I guess you guys only feature ugly and expensive homes, got it goodbye.
You were watching a video that's more than 6 years old!
Translation you can’t afford this neighborhood!
Steve Jovan
True, but that doesn’t change the fact it is expensive and ugly.
D O
Hate to break it to you but it’s not expensive. Manhattan is expensive! Parts of SoCal is expensive! SF is expensive!
Chicago is not!
