Grazie ^_^ Ho apprezzato molto questo tributo ad un gioco di ruolo che, anni fa, mi ha coinvolto parecchio. Ne ho approfittato per segnalaro pure sul mio blog Thanks ^_^ I've really appreciated this tribute to an rpg which, some years ago, I played a lot. I've also inserted this video in a post of my blog
I am playing it online... some guy created an online version. You have points and purchase virtual cards in form of boosters (so random cards) from all editions, then from those you make a deck and play with other guys for additional points. It´s awesome, but cards are better of course...my childhood...
Used to gather these cards when i was a kid in the mid 90s. Damn I loved that shit. I still to this day use "Razid" as my gamername when I play computergames. Im however surprised by the huge lack of originality when looking at these cards now, lol. Think about it: Capitol = USA, Imperial = Great Britian, Cypertronic = Sciencefiction, Bauhaus = Russia, Mishima = Japan/China, Brotherhood = Religious Fanatics, Dark Legion = Evil, devils and demons, Indepentent = Freedom fighters.
i never play the cardgame but i believe it is amazing i only play the game from snes and is awesome for many reasons , the universe, characters, cenário and soundtrack remind me gurps cyperpunk or cyberpunk 2029 two roleplaygames very nice!
There's a lot of potential for making facebook groups and keep the cardgame alive :) My friend has started a "page" (mainly for swedish fans *sorry* But there's still a good place to share content, sell unused cards etc.
Sic. The '90s, and the trading card games. The 90's, and my teenage. The '90s, and the quantitiy of money i spent on Doomtrooper cards during that mountain holyday in '96.. "no, no, i'll go to fetch the newspaper! no prob!" and my jacket's pockets were always full and closed thight. Full of Doomtrooper cards.
Grazie ^_^

And "Paul Bonner" who made most of the cool artwork and characters is something to check out.
