2:05 One scenario - if studied Masters in India, processed for PG Diploma course Canada while studying Masters in India, before appearing in final exam of Masters. VISA Approved, appeared in Masters final exam in India, then landed Canada before result of Masters published. If results of Master's in India published after classes for PG Diploma started in Canada, and when results for Masters in India came later and got passed when you're already in Canada. In such scenario, can that Masters in India be shown while filing PR later?

hey piyush, I applied for study permit, My program is 16months long, but on offer letter its written (2 years equivalent to 4 terms). Now my doubt is: While fillling imm1294 form, in "Duration of study", in the "to" date, I wrote a date exactly 2 years after start date, not the date 16 months after start date, will this also count as misrepresentation? Pls let me know brother

Just apply for GCMS notes, IRCC eeps databse for 10 years so just apply with the UCI numbre and ull get scanned copy of the docuemnst u filled, just as simple as that, also if u mentioned about ur work ex and masters in sop and didnt submit the document while applying study visa, its fine, SOP plays a major evidence role in these cases

Brother, if agent decided to not declare you masters degree and made a judgement call on your behalf, you can never ever declare that masters in your Canada immigration process.
