Very pretty. Have you tried hot water on the plastic and small glass to get your cupped shapes on the petals? Might try. The lighter hot on fingers and there is a gas that would not be so nice, when the plastic is heated.

It is glass paint
Glass paint & borders/edges with copper tube.
Easily available in art & crafts shops evn in Ladies corners, fancy shops.

@@janniagonzalez5459in copper colour both available in market . U can use acrylic as this DIY is not on fabric & won't be washing in future 😉. U can use other shimmer colours tubes as well.
