May be Chances, mosfets are faulty, Charger ko bhar nikal kr chk Karo, agar charging voltage aa gyi to charger ok, otherwise apka main psdr (card) faulty hai

Good job, but one thing I want to correct you. In part one you connect battery negative connection with chopper transformer secondary winding which is wrong. Practically chopper transformer another function is physically isolate one stage from other stage. Please don't mind it.

i think their is no short circuit i checked,it's well work on battery backup but when i plug Ac input after 20 minutes /2 hrs /16 hrs ups itself trun off....mera veja kharab hogaya hai any suloation please share .....or it can be possible issue on relay ....
Hitesh Sidar Charging k liye alag se Charger Lga hota hai which can Charge up to 65 or 75 amp Batteries, their is another 1 amp charger on some PCB to charger upto 7amp Batteries,
सर जी मेरे पास 96 v 3 केवीए online UPS है पावर देने पर 20 मिनट सही चल रहा है और फिर बीपी आवाज देते हुए ऑफ हो जाता है रजिस्टेंस के 350 बोल्ट माइनस प्लस की जगह 300 वोल्ट आ रहा है उसे कैसे सही करें
it has lcd dispay on front panel. it beeps after power on and shows battery fault i check battery fuse its ok on control card at pin no 5 it gives 17 v dc and afer power on it drop to 5 v
Sir. My online ups input voltage drop down 70v to 130v. And when power on ups, go-to backup mode. Output is 230v, output is ok but input line is problem,not charging Batt. Power cable is ok and inside the ups input terminal shown 240v. Sir pls discuss what r the fault.
@@gurjitprincesingh7932 in display ac input voltage shown generally 220 to 240. Now shown 70 to 130v range.and with mains connected, switch on the ups goes backup mode

You can use RHRP8120 or RHRP15120, we use 1200 Couz -350+350 make 700Vdc total
