    Prices are already quite high in North Bangalore. A 30X40 is costing 80L from A grade developers

    No mention about Kanakapura Road, with metro connectivity and closer to southern parts of the city it’s a good investment option.

    Can you please give some insights on hebbal lake area? There is an appointment from hiranandani (glen gate) it will be really great if you can share your thoughts on that. Thanks in advance

      This project is well-located around 1km from the ORR and around 3kms from the Kodigehalli metro station. Also, you may have a lake view from the apartment balcony which would be nice. You should check with the builder what the UDS is in this project, as the rule of thumb is normally 30% of the SBUA. Also, check on the amenities and facilities Charges in this project, as compared to other A-grade developers you may be considering in this location & compare the UDS in those projects to HGG.

      Good location with luxury amenities, pricey. May become too commercial for the likes of some people because of the scale & size of the project, in case you prefer a lower-density community with more serenity.

      ​@@maddy2812It depends on where the location of this land is and for how long you are willing to hold on to it? if it is for investment purposes. Also, you may have to spend more later if it is not converted for residential purposes, i.e., if you stop using the land as farm-land and decide to develop it for residential purposes. Ready plots offered by developers are usually converted for residential purposes like building a G+1 house closer to infrastructure and developments and would appreciate faster as compared to farm-land which is located interior if there are no developed roads or infrastructure in the future. So the farm-land to have good appreciation in future much have access to good roads, developments, and other amenities in future.
