We bought our 2nd Human Touch Super Novo from Costo. Our first was last year with the original model and then the Super Novo 2.0 this month. It was delivered today. There are definitely changes between v1 and v2.0. The intellitrack makes the new model much more intense. It'll take a few weeks to get used to this more intense massage. Happy overall!

Super Novo lineup is the only one that will fit my 6'-6" frame comfortably and actually feels like it's doing something. Will be hopefully picking up a 2.0 in 2024, just have to see if it'll fit thru the doors!
We love our message chair. We purchased a iRest brand 1 year ago. It was 1/2 the price on sale at the time. Do a lot of shopping, compassion and check reviews. Prices range from around $1000 to $8000. Happy messaging.
There certainly are a lot of options! We were at a friends house recently and had this brand. I wanted to check it out at Costco & chat with Patrick more & share the experience for other researching Human Touch massage chairs.
For that price point, this chair should have added two features - (1) rollers for kneading in calf. Currently it’s just air bags (2) two separate sets of rollers, so that you can get massage in back as well as glutes simultaneously. Right now I think it has one set of rollers, which can either work on upper body or on your lower body. It’s still a good chair. But for that price, those two things are needed. There are other chairs in that offer all that for lesser price than super novo 2.0

Its retail value is $10k, which same as Human touch Costco discounted price. I think the big thing in decision making is quality of chair, and customer service. So while I am listing the chairs that I feel are superior to SuperNovo 2.0 in same price range, I don’t know about build quality or customer service support of any of those. I own super novo 2.0 and it’s a good chair. But I have had it only for a short while.
Really appreciate this video. This chair remind me of the infinity luminary 3D/4d The one thing I like about the infinity is that it have the flex track which is separate from the LS track. You have a track at the rear of your back and a separate track at your buttocks compared to this chair that has the L and S track I do like this chair it have the 38 auto programs the Infinity do not have that it only have 12 or 15 I believe however the Infinity do have the Five memory custom programs and rollers on the calf on the chair. The prices is the same for the Infiniti and the 2.O last time I checked at Costco if you ever check that infinity luminary chair out at Costco, please make a video. Let me know what you think. TCTTYL

We have the Supernova. Just curious, is there a way to just target one area? Like if I have a knot under my shoulder blade and just want it to stay in one spot?

I don’t know who owns this video. If there is a way to contact Rick via this video, then reach out to him. If not, I can give you contact number of my sales guy. If you meet human touch rep on Costco, they will take care of everything. But if you reach out to them offline, like I did, then these are the steps you will have to follow - (1) sales guy will create a purchase order. Print it out and take it to Costco. (2) meet one of the Costco managers. Show them the purchase order. Make the payment at Costco. (3) They will put a “slip print” on the completed purchase order. They will fax it to human touch. (4) on your end, email your sales rep the copy of completed purchase order (5) wait for email about order being shipped (it took 5 days for human touch to ship it out) (6) the delivery company will call you and schedule a date and time to deliver your chair.
You could find some really inexpensive premium chairs right now for around $1300 and $2400. I purchased an Infinity Evolution 3D 4d for my sister with the five-year extended premium warranty with white glove delivery for a total of $2400 and she’s loving it. Just purchased it for her on 3/1/2024
I sell for human touch and I can tell you try everything. I think our products are the best. But everyone is different and has different tastes. Never buy a chair until you sit in it.

I just saw them at Costco, love the chair but almost 10k with taxes. Crazy Im actually thinking about it but it’s a ton of money for a working man.
