The $44,000 of two years ago buys about 20% less today, so Bitcoin at $44,000 today is worth 80% of a bitcoin two years ago. It would have to get to $50,000 to be equivalent. Bitcoin may or may not be inflation immune, but the dollar that it gets quoted in is not immune to inflation. Still a bargain below $45k, Get it while it's hot. If you missed the 2017, 2021 bull run.
Always kept an eye on crypto, hesitated due to its volatility despite being a long-term stock investor. Now that it's mainstream, I want in. How can a beginner navigate the crypto space with all these talks of a retrace? i don't want to buy the top.
You can start by dollar-cost averaging instead of buying a lump sum at once. Also, consult a fiduciary with crypto expertise for informed buying and selling decisions since talks of a bitcoin ETF approval. Time in the market is more valuable than timing it. Using this approach, I grew my crypto holdings from $50k in 2017 to $690k in 2023.

Squid game was lol. Litecoin was almost one as the creator told the litecoin community that the price was about to pump then the same day he sold 100% of his LTC holdings and a few days later the price dumped.
In defence of LTC whilst the creator deffo took some profit so that he could live the rest of his life in luxury a lot was also given to the LTC foundation. If it wasn't for this move though LTC would prob be consistently in the top 8 as it has both works well as a store-of-value and has great usage.
@@OwenRhodri he created the "foundation" to not only doge taxes but also stay out of jail. If he did not create the foundation then LTC would have been a security and that would have been illegal to sell it.

@@avarice4556 yes they are called CBDC's. CBDC's can be tied to anything you want pork bellies, gold, frozen concentrated orange juice, s&p 500, or what ever.

Floki Inu coin got rug pulled twice back during summer. The first one was the inability to sell and then the second time it was a liquidity pull.

The same thing with stocks that are new. They pump up, then go down and never recover.
Just so I understand this correct - Burning sends tokens to an address that noone has access to - what about the person or network sending the tokens? Don´t they technically have the address to where the tokens are sent? Just a thought (still new to the crypto world)

How do we check if the project has locked their liquidity or not?
What if i had sell position?
If a rug pull were to happen in a certain project, what happens to the stablecoin pool (eg USDC-USDT) in that farm? From my understanding, a rug pull affects the token native to that project. But what about other pools? Very new to this and would appreciate some clarity. Thanks!
If possible, you can just withdrawal your USDC and USDT... Usually earnings are paid in the farm token, meaning you won't get any yields, but at least your collateral is safe

@@blau98798 dépends on project. So in othet words, if you see a farm that promises absurd yeild like 90% APR, but only available in the native useless shit token, thats usually a red flag.
