Ahhh u guys are a real podcast now. Like i mean I was watching back when this whole thing started and now you have teleprompters, a new house and a fact checker like. It feels like a proffessional podcast and its bittersweet feeling for us fans. Im just happy that youve stayed real.
I always LOVE when Sean hosts. He always brings my favorite type of questions and they always have everybody so engaged or lead into great side conversations.
Okay but just to make it known -- since the first episode I watched -- I knew Maru was incredibly smart. Maru has a very bright and bubbly personality which I feel brings some kind of judgment about her, such as she isn't very intellectual or that things go over her head easily. Which can be true in some cases, but let's be honest that happens to all of them equally. That's why I see that the idea of Maru appearing to not be super smart, is quite actually the complete opposite. As I continied to watch there videos I've noticed how maru's kind personality helps her be patient and really hearout the other's pov. I see that she takes her time to understand what the others have said, and then she further elaborates on their ideas and/or adds what she thinks. Something I've observed is that at times she delivers her ideas/answers with a lack of confidnece or states it as a question and since the other's don't react, it adds to the image that she doesn't know what she's talking about. So I feel that if she gives her answers with confidence and certainty (like she did in this epsiode with the last few questions) and the other's were to take there time and listen, instead of just trying to get their point across, it will highlight the fact that Maru brings out a lot of good points, especially in those deeper/critical thinking questions. And let's not forget she literally majored in psychology! Love you Maru! 🩷
I always thought Maru was a trooper bc they tease her and don't understand her. She is truly a different breed lmao and her uniqueness is her best quality. It does end up making her the butt of the joke a lot of times but she handles it pretty well and has a great sense of humor. I LOVE MARUUUU
real they crack jokes but it's funny bc things fly over the rest of their heads too 😭 they're all equal levels of intelligence it's funny bc mary's observation about sean being caring but also caring about how others see him. even tho they call him cold hearted and stuff he's not rlly that way lol he's very kind during all theirs discussions and makes sure the line isn't crossed. it's funny tho they know each other very well
You guys are the only podcast and channel in general that ive been watching consistently for that past few years and im still as excited to watch a new video now a days as i was when I first started. The podcast has helped me so much and i think its lowkey helped me grow and learn as a person 😭 i think me and many others can also say that when you talk about more serious topics it makes us feel better about ourselves and less alone. The whole god-vision-person-you're-gonna-marry thing was so wild cause you can really see their different boundaries. Overall, I agreed with Cynthia and Devin. Because when Nick and Maru were saying that it would be crazy to ignore a vision from God or the curiosity would just kill them - I immediately thought that's literally a reason for regular cheating (minus the God-vision). So just because you're SO fucking curious you just HAVE to go out of your way to get to know a stranger? A stranger you have a questionable reason to believe would be the person you marry? You'd allow that to jeopardise our happy and serious relationship? Just break up with me then if your curiosity trumps your respect and loyalty to me. Anywaze...one of my fav episodes so far!! Such great content xx
