A cenote is a fresh water sinkhole created when a cave’s ceiling collapses after thousands of years. In addition to experiencing the natural beauty of these 4 cenotes, you also get to take part in activities like snorkelling, zip lining, rapelling, kayaking, and cliff jumping.
Xenotes is a popular excursion for tourists visiting the Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, Riviera Maya, or Tulum areas of Mexico. Xenotes is owned by parent company Grupo Xcaret, which operates several tours and parks in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo.
