I meant..Cornstarch that acts as a thickening agent :-) Here in the UAE, corn flour is the same as corn starch. A fine white powder made from the starchy part of corn kernel, used for sauces n gravies.
I made the pulp, by simply grinding 1 cup of ripened fresh mango pieces in a mixer grinder🙂 This video was recorded during mango season here, if fresh mangoes not available, you can make the sauce using readymade Frozen mango pulp available in Supermarkets 👍🏼

how much grams in one cup manggo and sugar?
For 1 measuring cup Mango pulp= 1/2 cup granulated sugar. I haven't measured it in grams

Cornflour is the better option, gives a light sauce consistency. Normal flour can be used but it makes it more thicker. Add less quantity then 👍
