Facts: The Beast Wars toys existed first. Not the TV show. For examples, in the toyline's canon, Optimus Primal was originally Optimus Prime and Predacon Megatron was originally Decepticon Megatron. In the Beast Wars TV show's canon, the Maximals are the descendants of the Autobots and the Predacons are the descendants of the Decepticons.
I noticed a few differences such as the swords are no longer translucent and the back of Primal's robot head is no longer red. None of these changes ruin the figure by any means, but are worth noting ESPECIALLY to collectors who think they're buying the vintage but are scammed into paying the full expensive price for it
I'm with you on that, but I do very much appreciate some of the newer (well-engineered) figures. I just wish that it didn't take 30 minutes to transform some of these guys!

this is one of the most fun transformers out there. Alll the gimmicks are cool.
just got mine out today! I love this thing ❤️ great review!
Make sure you lock in the back tab and have both the arm tabs locked down so it’s not as flimsy and you ll have that satisfying locking click
Thanks for pointing that out - much appreciated!
I also got mine at Ross also lol I got Scorponok and i love the spring out features on both of them!
I am personally loving these!
Yeah, me too. I'm really enjoying getting a chance to experience these figures since I didn't have an opportunity the first time around!

Yeah, I never got them when they first came out, so I'm glad for the reissues! :)

Subscribed!!
Thanks - that means a lot! :)
Why didn't Hasbro dye the chest red?
That's a good question - wish I had the answer!
Dope!
Agreed! He is actually a pretty cool figure!
The color scene DOES look a little different
Agreed!
Sid, does this guy have the hidden Maximal logo that the other toys had?
