cant believe what i see, they dont OVER use there force on her but keep in mind she is big enough to do big damage at people! they are doing it CORRECTLY they handle her as how she is suppose to be handles from that size- 2 coils around a arm and they can lose it! so instead of thinking they hurt her stand in there shoes! they handle her because they have to not because they wanna play a game of wat is the danger this time she lives in a zoo setting so she isnt handled often! the boys did it correctly and they did it with all there care and love for her
Poor snake. I have 3 adult retics. They are smart but not in the least bit mean. Treating her like that is probably why she’s hurt. You can keep yourself safe without using brute force and strength to hold on to her.
I decided to watch for myself and although i understand that zoo animals are not as socialised as pets, they surely can do a better job then swatting the snake and wondering why the snake doesnt like being handled😢
Can I identify as one of your residents? You can choose which one! 😁 With the price of food going up as it is , your creatures are eating better than most humans I know. ❤️
@@untamedwildlifeTVwhy do yall manhandle that poor snakey and still complain about how dangerous she is?? I get that they can be dangerous, but there are lots of people that can socialize an animal (even that size) to make sure handling is safe, im just yelling at the screen because of the pure contradiction im seeing in this vid..😢
@@erikblom3147 can you imagine how much time it would take to socialise all the snakes? This is coming as a total noob in both snakes and zoo keeping but I can’t imagine it would be easy, especially if they got her when she was a bit older
@@AstaGruwier-vi5hti agree on that it would be pretty hard to socialize that big/old of a snake, but i personally volunteer at a place where we have 200 reptiles and on a normal day 2/3 ppl caring for them. We dont have the time to spend a lot of time with all the animals, but just picking it up every day to clean their enclosure does a lot too. Most of our snakes have been handled for 2/3 minutes everyday in their lives and they are very tame, i dont see why a zoo cant do that... (But i dont work at a zoo, maybe they have protocols to keep the animals wild instead of basically having a pet...)
This show was filmed from 2013 to 2016, since then Atomic Betty passed away at the age of 20 due to old age.
Wow Tim Faulkner your animals at the reptile park are so beautiful,I love and enjoy watching your videos

Reticulated pythons are one of my most grand favourite snakes to my dreams and persona💗. I truly hope she will be alright😟, she's a beauty👍.
