If you want your mind to explode, technically the largest religious group in Korea is Christianity and both the current and previous President of South-Korea is a Catholic and there have been more Catholic Presidents in South-Korea than in the United States.
Just eat the overexertion, maximize bonuses that reduce ae and province warscore cost, and focus on getting your coring costs down as well. After that just manage you coalitions with smart wars.
You can actually get this. I've seen him focus down Warscore cost, core cost, and AE cost modifiers in his videos, and the times and places he goes to war seem just far enough away to where the coalitions don't get empire ruiningly big.

How do you manage to expand anywhere? In my Japan game I literally had no claims anywhere, I think the cbs they gave plus Oirat becoming emperor fucked everything up.
Gonna assume u had no dlc so claim Korea then go colonial for 2 and 3 ideas, colonise Taiwan, while this attack manchuria cause after Korea I will border them. try colonise Philippines and if ming is still United try wait till they are 0 mandate but if they explode it's free reign for u
The new mission trees are really weird, the daimyos get claims on the places like Korea, Manchuria, China but once you form Japan you loose access to the missions giving the claims, although you get unique causus belli

hey, does someone know if there is some new bug for ai sieging recently? ive had this happen TWICE now... ai comes along, sits on my fort for 1-3 months and just insta wins the siege... the most recent one was on -35%. It wasnt a fort i had low maintenance.. i have money in the bank, all forts maintained since the start, i didnt recently capture it.. i did 2 wars since i got that fort... i feel like the game maybe isnt refilling my garrisons or something? its also early game with no artillery yet so they cant barrage.
fortresses fall on the first tick if they have less than 100 people. After taking the fortress, it initially has 100 people, so it only takes two phases of the siege to take it again
@@Properway0 i dunno why it would have less than 100 people id owned it for years and not lowered maintenance - is the garrison refill related to manpower? is there a reason why it wouldnt refill?
@@tigrecito48 Replenishment of the garrison is not associated with manpower. perhaps you did not notice, but the fortress was not maintained, turning on only during the war. Or the enemy used cannons to make a breach and thus increased the chance of the fortress to surrender earlier. Or I don't know
@@Properway0 it was maintained i keep all my forts maintained all the time.. i keep bare minimal number of forts & keep my army tradition as high as possible to get good generals which seem to win fights much more early game than any other stats do.. they are red when not maintained i would have noticed.. sometimes when u conquer a nation it starts with it unmaintained but its always red so i know when they are on or not
