    Wow, 55 years. Well done to the jury and to the legal team, who made sure this woman went to prison for a long, long time. Condolences to the Family and Friends of the Deceased. R.I.P

    Going back, pretending to be the wife on the call, etc too many things that stuck out to prove her guilt.

    When she pretended to be his wife on the 911 call is what sealed her fate.. SHE DESERVED LIFE… So 55 years, she’ll be out in 25.. That’s not justice for me… and then tried to throw dirt on his name was beyond wild..

      Yes!! Not to mention, she told 2 different stories in the witness stand. When the defense questioned her, she said she was banging on the door with the butt of the gun, tossed it into the air and it went off. On cross, she said she was banging on the door and shot into the air. Until they said there is no way that could have went into the door if you shot in the air. And her lawyers looking all stupid with their, no one is dumb enough to call knowing they can trace the call, no one would just Rome around the apt halls with a gun, but on the other hand, they used the she was too intoxicated story. If you are so intoxicated you don't think about what happens shooting thru a door, then you're intoxicated enough to not think about them tracing a call and ppl having ring cameras.

    She will be 75-80 years old when she's done serving. Basically her whole life if she lives that long wow.

      She only has to do 1/2 of that time to be eligible for parole in the state of TX. Doesn't mean they will grant her parole, but she will be eligible in 25 yrs when she is 49

    If this girl had a family, why nobody showed up to testify about holiday or support. When family dont show up it has to be for a reason we all seen many be charged for something and have family showing up and supporting the person and saying they know the family member didnt commit the crime when I see nobody showing up it makes me feel its because the family no the person is guilty to embarrassed, ashamed to show. She really went and painted a black eye insane. This girl couldnt be a real person she never showed emotion at all even after hearing how much time she will do, many faces. Men need to wake up and stop being naive with these real devils they keep bringing into their lives and circles. Vagina has gotten many men killed

      He and his Wife separated in 2019 but didn't divorce. She said she wanted to start a family and he wanted to focus on his musical career. They remained on good terms and even continued to run their recording studio together.

    Why do victim impact after sentencing? I thought impact statements come before sentencing and are considered for mitigation and aggravation. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    • @lauradavis4848
      @lauradavis4848 6 місяців тому

      No, impact statements are to give families their time to say what they want and the defendant has to listen.

      @@carol89589 Are you able to see through a door or a wall? because I am unable to.
      It can happen to anyone because most individuals have been taught to have harmful relationships. We need to get to the bottom of the issue. A person can kill someone by accident and receive life or 55 years in prison. But what about these large organization that is purposefully murdering millions of people and simply has to pay a fee, a great example is painkiller on Netflix.Big corporations that continue to affect and murder millions of people are still in business and are not facing criminal penalties. Everything we eat in America kills or sickens us. This county has no leadership, and everything revolves on money. For example, Hunter Biden is a total crackhead, but only the poor get sentenced to life in prison. A person can slap another person and the state will give them a year or 12 months probation, yet Hunter Biden is demanding no prison time but his dAD HELPED CREATE THE CRIME BILL. WE HAVE TO DO BETTER AS COMMUNITIES, BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS ONLY HER TO COLLECT MONEY FROM THE POOR.
      We have to look at the bigger picture, while the court chase and prosecute poor people we are being poised , watch poised on Netflix a real documentary

      @melmel5479 hookah isn't a drug, and I'm not believing the woman that murdered him, changed her story on the stand, she got a phone charger from someone, could have knocked on a door yelling calling 911 I've been assaulted. She no more got assaulted than the man in the moon. She knew she killed him, if she truly was injured she would have went to the police and said look what he did to me. She only took pics cuz a lawyer told her too. Anyone can put makeup on and fake a black eye
