Clinical features -*Kwashiorkor*
-Skin changes= hyperpigmentation and areas of raw denuded skin(flaky paint dermatosis), Crazy pavement and mosaic pattern dermatosis, reticular pigmentation
-Hair changes=alternate light and dark coloured hair(Flag sign)
- *Edema along with muscle wasting*
-*Marasmus*=Old man appearance
-skin changes=wrinkled skin, loose skin with subcutaneous fat loss, cheek fat loss
-skeletal muscle atrophy, bowel loops visible due to hypotonia
