If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed. For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.

Careful there man. I think that if he was thrown into hell he would weep and say to himself: “God is just. For He is holy and on my own I am not.”
What an absurd thing to say of a Christian preacher. Repent from your slander.

Obedience is required by God for Salvation.
The false church denies the power of the Holy Spirit to deliver us from sin. False ministers deny the power of the Holy Spirit to transform us to righteousness. They teach that the spirit will struggle with the flesh until we die, and that there is no remedy for this condition.
In truth, we do not have both the Holy Spirit and the flesh nature. We only have one or the other.
Jesus wins the battle for us when we are Born Again. Scripture says:
Colossians 2:11
"In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ."
Jesus cuts away the flesh when we receive the Holy Spirit, and we lose sinful desires.
The Apostle Paul tells us this:
Galatians 5:24
"And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires."
We dont have both the Holy Spirit and the flesh nature. Scripture tells us so:
Romans 8:9
"But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you."
Everyone who dies while still in their flesh has not been born again. Scripture tells us that sinning Christians are guaranteed to end up in hell:
Romans 8:13
"For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live."
Jesus only gives the Holy Spirit to those who are obedient. Scripture tells us so:
Acts 5:32
"We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.”
The Apostle John who was taught by Jesus face to face agrees with these things.
1 John 3:9
"Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God."
God’s grace does not free us to sin. It frees us from sin.
Jude 1:24 confirms this.
"To him (Jesus) who is able to keep you from stumbling (Sinning) and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy"
Romans 6:18 also says:
"You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness."
Sinning Christians have not been saved. Anyone who dies while still in their flesh is guaranteed for eternal damnation.
Christians who deny the power of the Holy Spirit to deliver us from the bondage of sin and it's desires reject the Word of God. When Christians reject the Word Of God, he will reject them. Belittling the power of the Holy Spirit is mockery of the Holy Spirit and this is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

No, a corrupting of the Gospel and God's nature leads to hell bc you've lost the only thing that can save, otherwise you're condemned already. He's not talking about secondary matters here, he's talking about what the Bible itself tells us CANNOT be compromised or altered. There is no wiggle room with salvific matters
