A few things. First of all thank you all so much for the amazing support on this video, and for 200 subs. This is crazy, because of the combination of likes, comments, views and watch time. Also I don' t know why the footage of the 3rd game is messed up. It may have had something to do with the rendering of the video, because it looked fine on my editing software. Finally more videos are on the way, I'm currently working on a huge Boston sports project. I've finished editing nine of the eleven 21st century championships. Anyhow, thanks for watching!
As long as I live, I will NEVER forget this series. Definitely one of the all-time great Sox-Yankees series ever! Yankees were 5-1/2 behind the Sox in the standings when the series started, and they expected to go back to NY only 1-1/2 behind. BUT they went home 9-1/2 back instead. Can it get any better?
Amazing! I was there too! It was my first ever Sox Yankees game, electric energy. I was in the blue seats bleached area (not good seats at all). Then around the 8th inning people start to leave. My father and I move all the way up six or seven rows back from the Yankee dugout. Then the most amazing rally I've seen happens, and so does the best night (technically morning) of my life.
After the game pearce and kinsler had in game one i posted this on facebook 'behold the pale horse the man who sat upon him was kinsler..... And pearce followed with him

World Series was locked in after this. 4 game fucking sweep of the yanks doesn’t get any better
One of the great all-time seasons.
For sure
“The Boston Massacre” 40 years later, but with A Different Ending!
Heck ya!
ESports Highlights
You think I haven’t forgot about 1978?
THIS WAS VENGEANCE!
Probably the greatest Red Sox sweep I’ve seen, every game except the last a blowout and the last game was so great.
Not even a big sox fan. But this sweep was awesome. Anyone but the New York Stankees!
Heck ya! Thanks for watching man
I miss this Red Sox team, the most dominant team I've ever witnessed
Same but I am also grateful for this years team
Good times
Heck ya. I miss baseball. Appreciate the support Ben!
“There is no stopping Steve Pearce” is objectively hilarious
I enjoyed this a lot.
Thanks man! It was certainly a fun series. Consider subscribing for more Sox content
@@esportshighlights2457 Not a Sox fan but I will always root for them against the Yankees

Thank you so much! If you loved it subscribing would mean a lot
That Yankee team was really good too, I remember thinking we had a shot at the division until that weekend
And Red Sox did it again yesterday!
Yessir
I was at the last game of this series sitting right behind Red Sox bullpen.

Great video. Subbed.
Thanks!!!
Steve Pearce owns the spankees
Go Red Sox
Corra had a beef. There was no reason to not give the red Sox some retaliation. To throw him out was weak

Clever! Thanks for watching Scott. Subscribing would also help out a lot.
@@esportshighlights2457 yup subbed. My post turned out to be prophetic.. Kinsler was nearly our 'death' while pearce brought 'hell" to the dodgers
@@scottaznavourian7617 Wow didn't even think about that! That error sure was egregious
7:30 he jinxed the yanks.

@@esportshighlights2457 I forgot to tell you that you made a very good video 👍🏼👍🏼

Lmao
4 straight games in Boston. MLB will always have the worst playoff setup out of the 4 major sports in Boston
This wasn’t the postseason
@@esportshighlights2457 fair enough. MLB still has the worst playoff setup.
No Judge, no Gary.
No wins, no grit, no defense, no character. Clean sweep.

Honestly this was the worst week of my entire summer
It was the best week of my entire summer. I was at game four. It was the greatest night of my life, I'll never forget it.
There is something that can help you forget that week in summer. It is that one week in October.
And if the 2018 ALDS doesn't help you forget this series then you can always relive the fall of 2004. That should do it.
Go Red Sox
