The same way how did this, will probably have to do more manual adjustments if it moves faster and a lot

I did same process on same video but bullet mark is sliding i got flicker can you tell why bro?

Sliding will definitely be due to improper track, check your track on each frame. I’m not sure what’s causing the flicker.
