We can get her as a Iconoclast if we reach Zealot rank before Footfall in Chapter 4 as well. Convince her to stand down using the Iconoclast Zealot dialogue option and set her on Redeemed route which will also give her the Good ending for her Endings in True Iconoclast ending. It is a bit hard to get because you got to manage to obtained Zealot rank for Iconoclast before reaching Chapter 4 Footfall events.

Had the same, got Zealot *right* before Ch.4 footfall. Never bothered to use her in combat or anything, though.
@@SlanderedGaming Make sure if you get her in the ico run, Calligos is off the table. And he is a repentent heretic(votary in heretical). I don't know what I did wrong to not also recruit Calligos. Maybe you need to side with him and allow him to slaughter the eldar ? But this way you loose Yrliet.
She is 100 percent insane but she is entirely loyal to the Imperium, so that tracks.

I just can't imagine how the hell the priests looked at her scooping the brain of a person with a spoon and say "YUP, TOTALLY COOL AND 100% SAINTLY!".
@@drazarkabalblade9486 That is not even close to the most disturbing or strange things Priests of the Imperium would see.
Just pointing out that Humanity's Finest CAN'T be put in Ballistic Skill (or Weapon Skill). For a ranged dps, the optimal choice would have been Perception to reduce enemy dodge against her attacks, or Agility for initiative/dodge.

@@haydenhusman7847 The Word Bearer antagonist, Urlaron The Cruel. Like Slandered mentioned, underwhelming but I did find him more useful than Ulfar. You need toybox to deck him properly. No one reacted to him and he reacted to no one. I did find him more useful than Ulfar, he is and officer and deals high damage and is pretty tanky and can summon a demon in a fight. In my heresy run I did find it immersion breaking the fact all the others are willing to put up with the shit you do a lot of times and be lenient when Theodora was executed by Argenta for heretical and xenos artifacts in her possession. The characters seem bland compared to the pathfinder games and I did not find myself caring for their reactions and opinions like the previous games. The atmosphere is great but the characters are forgettable, the combat is okay-ish but eats your time and the story seems to be disjointed until you reach the end but I feel like the meat and bones are the first 3 chapters and the last 2 are just scrapes on the plate rushed. They could have gone for more interesting options and nuances for the paths you chose and are in-lore examples for this but I think they used stereotypes to make it easier for the newcomers of the game.
Interesting, I played as an Hardcore Iconoclast who solved every Problem possible diplomatically and I also got your secret Character.
Yup Iconoclast gets two while Heretic and Dogmatic only get one.
who does Iconoclast get?
I got her on my first Iconoclast playthrough too. According to ToyBox it's called Incendia_Redeemed route. Was kinda upset she doesn't take part in any dialogue interactions in Act 5 apart joining scene and ending screens.
ya, you need to have high level Iconoclast alignment to get her Redeemed route self. I did not get that since I was 5 points short of points to reach Iconoclast Zealot option.
Yup my understanding is Iconoclast gets two.
Orchestrated firestorm is actually pretty good with psykers. If they have no ranged weapon equipped, (which they shouldn't since there's that exemplar talent) they use a psychic power that can hit the enemy instead. And if an AoE psychic ability can hit numerous enemies they use that.
And stand resolute is real good because there's also an ability that heals you when you get momentum. And stand resolute gives you momentum when you're healed. So you're healed and get more momentum passively by doing anything.
I am interested in building her now because im lacking flamers for some enemies.
Her stats and features are a mess. However looking at the choices available I can see her being a team melta/flamer specialist that can buff her own single shot AOE damage as the extra turns pile up and she gets TA stacks to then unload when they stack up higj enough. Im using Argenta in a Retributor role (heavy bolter/multimelta) and when she is using her multi-melta her momentum builds up very slowly.
Incendia seems to be able to work around that.
My issue is having to cut someone from the team to fit her in. Each person is now specialised in 2-3 stats and their associated skills, so even if i never send Abelard into battle i have him around to cover Athletics checks and occasionally pull out his meltagun to help Argenta if she comes up short.
Pasqal spends most of his time handing out debuffs instead of firing his plasmagun but hes also covering tech use and logic checks. And im never leaving Jae the skill monkey or Cassia at home.
When i dont even have room for Ulfar, how do i even find space for another sister of battle?
Yup I felt the same way.
The whole secret companions you can get for Rogue Trader feel like Queen Galfrey in Wrath; at least in the case of the Dogmatic and Iconoclast, someone who joins you who is basically just a worse version of a party memeber you've built from basicaly level 1.
The Hereticus character feels like it's not worth the loss of the a minimum of 3 good characters in my opinion.
Yup I agree. He should at least come with some really crazy passive features that make it worth it.
Orchestrated Firestorm is a great boss killer. The only problem.is when you trigger Perils of the Warp from 3 psykers going off at once. 😊

I would have really liked it as an Hardcore Iconoclast to get the little ryhiming, exlusivly in Verse talking, dancing silly Boy aus a Party Member.
The Iconoclast exclusive Dialoges with him I found espcially amusing.

To be fair, having that patched singer in your team would make Ulfar look like a chump in comparison, they are that lethal XD
@@drazarkabalblade9486 Well, the Ingame balancing would make it possible, I mean, Ulfar would make everyone in the Retinue of the Rogue Trader make look like a Chump if we would go for pure Lore Realism.

Since she s such a fan of burning people alive I feel like she s meant to be used with a flamer or melta but her meager strength wont allow the use of heavy versions which are the best.
Well, this gives me an idea for my Dogmatic run RT. Can make a Ministorum Soldier with BS and WP, burn people down with Flame and Melta, let Argenta be the Bolter Goddess, and Pascal the Plasma wunderkind.

Her abilities work from willpower and not from fellowship. With 2 melta pistols she is very strong

Tbh, I don't think Chorda's build is bad. Soldier is a good class, Master Tactician is a great class. In Act 5 running out, doing War Hymn, and passing the turn to your officer/damager-dealer combo is enough to justify her existence.
Soldier is a good class, Tactician is a great class, they are not great together. Agree that War Hymn is awesome but again if you have Chorda you probably are already using Argenta.
@@SlanderedGaming Usually agree with you on a lot of stuff but don't here. Got a soldier/tact trader and no combo is better for a burst build imho. The fact advantage can stack with concentrated fire create some truly crazy damage moments. Tactician doesn't need to be built as a buff bot. As for Chorda her main problem is her stats and talent choices are a mess.
@@GrinNfoolGaming her stats are the one thing that are really off for me. I also don't understand why in Slander's video her stuff working off Fellowship mostly read like it was working off willpower. I know there are a couple of abilities that will shift which stat is used but I didn't think I saw one on her. Maybe I missed it. I'll have to try to go through and look and see if I missed it. I seem to recall one shifting things from Fellowship but I'm not sure if her combination has it.
The fact that press the advantage applies to every attack in a burst makes it plausibly viable to me, especially if you have a santic pumping out words of the emperor to buff resolve

hey im doing a dogmatic run and i dont have argenta :C and going pretty well with zero issues at the 1st difficulty-higher-than-normal (dont remember the name) going blind

Yeah... Argenta's not my damage dealer. don't know if I built her wrong or what. I may have to look at some builds just for some idea of what others might be doing and then go from there. Or just trial and error it like 50 times to really learn the interactions for myself to figure it out.
Hmm..do you think she is lacking content because she just isn't suppose to have a lot of content or she was released too early and she is cut content? Honestly seems like someone had to kit out all those skills and their eyes rolled in the back of their heads from all the reading so maybe she was an afterthought in development.
Also a sniper rifle on a Sister of Battle? Yuck.
Kind of funny though because I had Argenta with a hand flamer and bolt pistol. Only on chapter 2 and I had a long spurt where that pistol was doing double what the bolter did and the hand flamer was even dps just less range so I thought why not. Builds her stacks up nice switching regardless. Also I think the hand flamer is bugged as it lets me fire until I run out of ammo. Really should stop exploiting that.
It definitely feels like an area of the game Owlcat will shore up with a patch.
I heard something about Argenta having a bit that didn't make it into the final prodruct... so it's completely possible stuff was left out of the secret characters.
I am going to just say it. Act 5 suck. There isn't enough to do to call it an act. It's just a "epilogue".
Act 5 definitely needs more content. It will be interesting to see how it is expanded in future DLC.
