- The biggest streaming service just saved its latest series. The streaming service known for The Witcher, The Queen’s Gambit, The Circle, You, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, House of Cards, Stranger Things, Big Mouth, Money Heist, Lost In Space, Black Mirror, Orange Is The New Black, Bridgerton, Shadow and Bone, Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, The Defenders, Jupiter’s Legacy, The Umbrella Academy and The Crown has taken one of the best shows from NBC and has saved it from cancellation.
The show features an engaging plot about the passengers of a commercial aircraft who land five years after they thought they would without having aged a day. This leads to a series of adventures as the passengers receive callings that may lead them to stopping a dangerous fate. As the characters try to figure out the mystery around them, fans have found plenty of mistakes that have passed through. The show weaves several different Earth legends together along with inspirations from mystery box tv shows like The X-Files, LOST, Twin Peaks and Flash Forward. Like those other shows it keeps you guessing with plenty of twists, turns and flashbacks that keep fans hooked! This series ended its last season with the revelation that young Cal had grown up right before our eyes. Hopefully this series will have a better ending than most of the others have. We will find out soon enough.

Making it to the last episode surviving all the facepalms...
Your list of mistakes starts with a big mistake of your own. The missing seats conversation wasn't about unfilled seats on the plane, it was about the passengers assigned to those seats that Ben hadn't been able to identify and track down. He'd tried to compile a list of every person on the plane, passengers and crew, but some of those were missing from his list.
Still doesn't change the fact, that season 3 was so dang bad. The only good thing about it was the finale.
You're actually mistaken! There was a scene with Eagan and Michaela where They discuss a calling and something about 17 Empty seats and Michaela clearly mentions "There were only 14 unoccupied seats so there must be a third person besides us who wasn't on his/her seat" This absolutely means 14 seats were unoccupied and wasn't about the people Ben couldn't track!! And the plane was shown jam packed in the beginning !! So Plot hole is actually on point!!
Although most of the rest of the video doesn't make sense, the Danny thing, The Jared Thing, The pilot thing, none of these are plot holes, but exaggeration for the video! However, the seats plot hole is actually true
Wasn’t the first plane that they changed with 828 , that was fully booked?
@@magdalenamaria8577 It was but 828 was also fully booked as it was showed later that little Olive changed her mind and wanted flight with 828 because of TJ, but he got the last ticket and she couldn't.
Would have loved to see a scene in the finale where Zeke and Cal see each other outside the airport, by the taxis and they both stop and stare at each other, not knowing how they recognise each other.. that would be cool
They knew that jared was michaela’s ex. They brought it up to him and he had to convince him that she took everything from him…
The Jared plot hole isn't a plot hole.... He expressly tells them that he was involved with Mick and that he hates her for ruining his life. He used the fact that he was involved with her to get their trust.
Most of these plot holes aren't even plot holes. It's like you just skeemed through the series and weren't fully paying attention.
Cal growing up quickly makes sense. In order to put things back into their timeline, they have to put everything that belongs in that time in a state consistent with what it should be had they not left. The plane has to go in the ocean, Cal has to be the correct age..things have to look like they should or the risk being scrubbed.
2] The "missing seats" is about the passengers that sat in the seat, not about the seat being empty on the flight.
1] The Xers knew about Jared's relationship. His cover with the Xers was that his ex was an 828 survivor who did him wrong.
So, Ben got a job as a math professor? What'd I miss? After a couple of instances showing him at that job, he goes into 100% of his time trying to save the passengers. Which is great, but how is the mortgage for that big house being paid?

There is time skip of 2-3 months in between episodes , its not that they get a calling each day.
also, grace had to take a second mortgage of the house when ben was arrested and put on house arrest
The mortgage is already paid at that point I believe. If I remember correctly ben and cals life insurance pays off the mortgage and when they want the life insurance back ben finds a loophole where they can pay back as much or as little as they want over whatever length of time they choose.
Danny did deserve better but it wasn’t a plot hole, he was just left behind in the dust

Yes, and what about Michaela's best friend who married Jarod? There was no closure or follow up there either.
@chrissyt_artist1960 She left Jarod because in season one he slept with Michaela. That seems like closure. No need for her in the finale as they came back when they were supposed to.
Fast forward to season 4 part 2 fiona returned again with the captain from the glow and she was killed by Angelina through Eden

A majority of these "plot holes" are cliffhangers...It means that it leaves us with Suspense awaiting the next season...

While it may be a joke, the whole idea of the IRS catching up on 5 years worth of taxes for people considered dead (with inheritance tax already being collected) for these 5 years and very obviously not earning any money overt these 5 years is ridiculous! If anything, the inheritors of 828 would have a case to get the inheritance tax back.
That’s kinda what happened early in season 1 the life insurance wanted it’s money back and Ben said they didn’t have an 828 clause so they can pay when they want

Yeah this last season was just all over the place.
So…. It’s pretty much Lost without the Island? 🤷♂️
Other bunches of major plot holes:
- Michaela does something that IRL would be worth lifelong ban from working in the police multiple times per episode, and she gets away with everything
- Ben the civilian relative to a cop is allowed into police secrets, missions and procedures way too easily
- It looks like any random person can easily access all sorts of super secret institutional databases with a couple of clicks from their smartphones
- That house doesn't look like the kind of house a family who is repeatedly described as being in straits would own
Also they completely forgot about the passengers that were kidnapped to do the experiments. They were like in a coma, where are they now? One of them woke up with amnesia and then nothing else happen? Really.
An episode in the season 4 dealt with them.

I don't know who have to see this but,I think the pandemic has taught People the importance of having a backup plan and multiple streams of income unfortunately having a job doesn't mean security..

There were way more than 10 plot holes. This entire series makes me question my Netflix subscription...
Olive should have gotten a Calling.
What bothers me the most was episode 8 of season one, where Harvey jumped from a building because everyone who knew about his callings died. And they were afraid about the people who knew of the callings since then. They thought Robert Vance died because he knew it too. But surprise, he didn't. After season one this was never mentioned again. Why did people die who knew of Harveys callings? But not the other normal people who know of the callings? Drea, Vance, Grace, Jared, Olive..
(ok for Jared's surviving, Michaela asked the callings. Grace probably survived because of the baby. But the others?!)

The problem you see with the series drawing mythological elements from different religions, however, is only apparent. Mixing different religions doesn't create moral conflicts because at their marrow all religions are very similar, and the callings basically compel the passengers to do good things. A sentence like "do to others what you want to be done to you and don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you" exists in the main sacred books of every religion!

Thumbs down. You have no idea what a plot hole is. And the first one you mention is a mistake on your part. They were talking about missing seats on the initial trip.
A plot hole I noticed is that after Lourdes left, no one ever talked about her again. She was supposed to be Micheala's lifelong best friend and Jared's wife, but we never heard about her again. I get that she left and probably didn't want to talk to Jared ever again, you would think she would at least check in with Micheala because they were so close their whole lives and shared the common loss of their third best friend, Evie. I don't know it just seems kind of lazy to just send Lourdes off without ever mention or checking in of her ever again.
Weren't there multiple Flight 818's appearing at various points in the series (from the same EVENT?)?

Has anyone already mentioned that when what's her face used the omega saphire to astral project they said she couldn't touch things physically, which is why Eden pulled the breathing tube/pen... Well the first time she projected as Ben's wife.......she held his face in her hands!! ??? 😮
I understood it as Angelina having the full sapphire when she appeared as Grace. But later on, she only had a bit left hence why she couldn’t touch things in her projection

The serie could’ve been great if it wasn’t rush… and some mistakes I blame the production’s supervisors since they are the ones who were supposed to handle that part…. I remember the part Drea said loud and clear to Jared “She’s doing fine” referring to the baby and later 😅said she’s naming the baby HOPE …….. I don’t want to say the rest If you watched it you know I what I’m talking about 😅

You raise some good points. One thing that instantly puts your credibility into question, though - 828. It's pronounced "eight-two-eight," not "eight-twenty-eight." Every time, they say "eight-two-eight."

If this had fewer episodes with focus on main plotline rather than uneccessary plot lines, it would have been so much bigger.
I await your comments on Season 4. Plus the disappearance into dust of 11 passengers is itself the basis of a sequel in the renewed 2013 world!!

You could tell everybody took a LONG break before writing and recording this past season. It didn't seem to fit in. So the next season won't be on the network? Is this like "Lucifer" where there is NEW just not on NETWORK?

season 3 episode 7 Ben is locked in a house/basement. He can't find a way out...duh the door hinges are all on the inside of the doors real easy to just pop them up and take the door off oops
yeah with how the series ended cal growing up yeah its weird. but then again the whole ending kind of conterdicts a lot of the estabshled lore and throws litreally everything i think that was estabsished out of the window with very little explantion.

Apparently, just 1 million pounds in $100 dollar bills would weigh about 1,000,000 grams, because each $100 bill weighs exactly one gram. A million grams though ends up weighing a metric ton (or tonne), which is 1.1 US tons or 2200lbs. Anyone know if this is true for sure? This is what I just read now, but I always thought in movies they always transfer hundreds of thousands of dollars in brief cases and millions of dollars in suit cases and duffle bags. Seems that would be impossible though. Even $100,000 in $100 bills would weigh 220lbs (100 kilos). That would make the math pretty easy though... even though it's in metric and not standard. I'm surprised they didn't make the dollar a specific weight in grains or some other type of standard measurement. Is there really nothing in standard measurements of weight between grains and an ounce? (I can't recall if there is or not).

The show overall was OK. First of all of the kids was not even mixed. They were straight up white kids. You telling me you couldn’t get any mix actors to play the squirt you cut up will you desired this to keep it white as usual? The ending of the show couldn’t have been better. Maybe they need to get battle writers or use AI
