I love the slick pour color jazz note! We need that color in the ELO system along with flash and burn and palm reader! I love creating sweater weather nails! That will be the only time you'll catch me wearing a matte nail on myself 🤣 🤣! Thank you Karen for this video and showing others! ❤❤❤❤
These are so beautiful! I love watching you work. I don’t normally work with gel. I use UV gel glue for some stuff but I’m so intrigued by the powders and the cool effects/3D stuff you can do. So tempted to have a go and just do it on top of regular polish or a peel off base so I don’t have the trouble of soaking it off! (I’m so scared of wrecking my natural nails! It’s taken so long to get them this long, strong and pretty!) Thanks for the detailed tutorial!! ❤
I wouldn't cause after you cure it will have a sticky layer. But then I've never tried it. I would practice on a trainer hand or tips and see what happens.
We wouldn't recommend it since it has a tacky finish. Using the Ultimate Finish is a better option so you don't need to cleanse anything off after curing the powder.
If you apply top coat over the sweater design, it will cover up the look. This is why we use the Matte Top Coat before the design and create the design with the Ultimate Finish, tack free top coat.
@mzyjcphtblessed5648 you can basically use anything for sweater nails! Any powder will do to absorb the liquid. If you use a top coat, you want it to have a no wipe.
We used slickpour to pour over the sweater design in this video. We used a matte top coat, but you can have it be a glossy one as well before applying the design.
Man this is the one design that always gets me
Happy to hear that, thanks for watching!
Really liked the free edge sweater design
Glad you liked it!
A true professional ❤

You're welcome 😊
Could you use builder gel instead of top coat?

So no top coat needed on top of the sweater? Just the mat before?
