It's my opinion.... You should read manga of 20th century boys , liar games , tomodachi game , monster ( if u like psychological anime)...These manga's have absolutely outstanding psychological impact.

Oregairu is amazing , awesome plot , nice challenges , a main character even better than Oreki and some awesome side characters. The main characters name is hikigaya Rascal does not dram of bunny girl senpai is a little different, it has a good ending but the story might give you some temporary depression , it has a bit of "magic" that is based off real life science stuff but its not that importnat . The main character isnt as charismatic as the others but he has a heart of gold , Sakuta is cool. Another anime like classroom of the elite is Assasination Classroom . 10/10 anime imo .
Suffering from mild depression, never do I think I have related to an edit so much. The edit is amazing btw :) edit (22/03/24) (update on me for anyone curious): I guess I lied in this comment, I was in a pretty terrible state actually and the reason I put "mild" is because I didn't want to pity myself but back then I was s**cidal, wanted to stop living but too afraid to do it. At the time I had a friend group that I didn't really want to be around (they did drugs + alcohol for fun, which I'm not saying makes you bad, I simply didn't want to do it) and so I always felt very alone, even if I had many "friends", simply because I couldn't join in with their activities and outings, I couldn't relate, so I was just the guy they've known for a long time but not that close to now. I didn't have a purpose in life and I was talented in many ways plus I was always told how much potential I had and that I just had to work hard, but I didn't want to. I thought I already was doing better than most people and so there is no point, looking back I basically sabotaged myself because I wanted to not meet their expectations, I wanted to be my own person, but I just made my life worse because of it. I'm doing well now, I'm in college and I've made new friends while not talking much to old friends because of difference in interest, I still don't really know what I want to do but I at least have people that support me, and I'm making progress in taking care of myself (eating healthy going gym and putting some effort into school). I was in this depressed state for maybe 2 years, the catalyst was I think me breaking up with my girlfriend, which was my childhood friend and it sort of felt like what was the point everyday because prior when I woke up everyday I was excited because I will be able to talk to her again. All these things combined sort of piled on and made me pretty much a robot, which was what my friends said I started to look like, and whenever I was happy, they said "your not supposed to be happy?" and when I was normal it was "what happened to the old Karol?", but anyway but I'm doing well now. Oh and in case anyone needs it, its so worth living, because good days will come, trust me.
