PES 2009 was the first football game on my very first PC. I've played this one and PES 2010 so much it's ridiculous. I played Become a Legend the most back then, and then switched to Master League. The nostalgia is hitting hard.

pes 2009 is my favourite game, when we werent aable to get a ps4 so i bought a ps3 and since pes 2009 was cheap we bought it, i spent 3 years playing this game and it never got old.
but then my ps3 broke and its in my room to this day

2009-2011 PES was amazing, if i could get my psp working, I'd still play it.
I still remember Duffy and Ribeiro. If I couldn't score yet one of them would step up and score. Somehow I wasn't the most talented footballer but just because I have the most goals in all competitions(over Ruud vN) I was the most expensive footballer. And again I don't know why I played at Galatasaray(actually I support them in real life), Barcelona, Sochaux, Twente and Heracles Almelo. I was changing clubs in every transfer window

In fifa 05 I'm pretty sure there's a combo to do a bicycle kick anytime a ball on there comes to you and you can score from halfway it was so broken, I would only score using that method when I was 9 just cause why not. Think it was double tap directional button towards the goal your facing and shoot

5:16 who those who didn't get the joke (I did as I listen to a lot of music especially trap) here is an explanation
So an 808 is a deep sub bass(which is a sound that can be created with the drum machine called the Roland TR-808) and this sound gives that deep thumping bass in music. A great example of this is a song call Blame by Party Favor. It's on trap city and the 808s are most prominent in the drop.
And I 101 is well an attacker vs a goalkeeper.
And 101 and 808 are both similar numbers as they have the same number before and after the zero e.g. 404(also just realized how obvious this is. I'm sorry lol:P

Man I loved this game. Become a legend was basically the only mode I would play. Started in Blackburn and after a few years I was in Chelsea winning the champions league.
