Well, as to my opinion, Joe Biden is as capable today to run as he was the last time. Now, here is the real kicker with the debate. This is how fit he was after 8 days away from work (no one could tell) for preparation with a dozen of the best political experts in the world. Biden walks into the debate he falls on his face and never gets up. In fact, it keeps sinking into the floor. However surprise yes he is a little older but he never was fit for office. Just look at our eccomy, our border, the Middle East, the Ukraine, runaway inflation, and using the court system against political opposition.
Jack Smith should be disbarred and sentenced 5 years to jail. Trump should be completely and quickly exonerated. Judge Merchan should be disbarred and send to jail for abusing and transgressing the law.

Trump could have specified the violations that occurred in both these trials, and did not. It would have helped him. It would also help him to quit exaggerating numbers to the point of falsehood: he can make his case with the facts at hand that already substantiate his policy proposals. Ex: Food is up four times (it is up 25%); the US has paid more than NATO to Ukraine (no, the EU has paid almost twice as much AND recognize that Trump was correct in that they must increase their spending on national defense); 20 million illegal immigrants have entered the country (no, more like 10). Etc. This does not help him. It seems so easy to fix and would give him more credibility with undecided voters and prevent so many accusations o LIAR from those who lie more and worse.
