I've just been cleaning the paving stones in me back garden and re-arranging the pots .I bought a new wooden double seat with a table fixed in the middle for my new parasol to go into .LOVE IT. It's a council house so we can't do much with the boundary fencing but we do our best. I love your garden especially the picture screens . I'm happy that Little Colin came to welcome you home. ❤️

I bought the rosemary oil off TikTok and have been using it for the last three weeks. I usually put it in and sleep with it in my hair and sometimes go to work and wear it all day then wash it off!! I’m definitely losing less hair, not sure it’s it’s also because I’ve stopped dying it and letting my silver/grays come through now since the beginning of March ❤
I use the tresseme shock hold and my hubbie buys it in Home bargains, I’m sure. If it’s somewhere else I’ll let you know. Oh I need to get me some of those flowers. They’re gorgeous. ❤❤❤

Hi Cathy. I know what you mean by no sleep. I got fractured ribs so it’s pain again. Am sick of it. My late mother used to sleep with silk knickers on her head as a child but she still had thin hair as a pensioner so oil did nothing for her All the best. Rhian x

Morning Cathy, just to let you no that you have a filter on your hair dryer at the back I noticed that your filter needed cleaning as if the filter gets too much dust in it from pulling the air in to hair dryer it can burn your hair dryer out I do not no if you no lots of people don't no so may help someone I also use rose Mary oil on my hair since you told me and my hair as started to grow back as I had lost so much take care Cathy thanks for your chats ❤😊x

I already had hearing aids but they were over 2 years old ( but still working) I needed a hearing assessment because I have meñeiers desese in ears, and I read something about new aids having blue tooth on N.H.S. so I asked the nurse if I would be eligible, and she said yes. The rest is history so to speak 🫶🫶🫶💝👍

The whole thing is that we live in a world where everything goes very fast too fast and our brain constantly gets distracted . This may impact our own cycle of sleeping , you know . Our brain is like a computer that cannot go to standby mode, and the more tired we are the harder it feels to get some good sleep actually
