each house looks so different and unique in this neighbourhood which is not very common. in where i live ,we have very strict regulation each house cant look too off next to each other and have to be in harmony
Look at the average of Calgary house price in last 10 years. Do not look at only last two years which is not normal price, Halifax, Winnipeg and Edmonton are up crazy too because of high interest rate and a lot of new immigrants, cannot use this to judge the upside. This is not accurate .

Fiber cement siding might be a little bit more hail resistant than vinyl siding. but it is still not good enough to resist the hail.

有排蝕😂郊都唔郊，得一條路出市區咋喎，落雪條路炒車，你買定睡袋都得啦。而家mortgage rate都仲係好高喎。 都未計地稅，保險，HOA 等等費用
