Only a very rich cartel boss should live in such a horrible caricatured place. When you're a very powerful drug cartel boss, you don't want tons of people around you. So, that dark, foreboding, 4 bedroom arrangement is ideal!
WTH is Mark Zuckerberg, George Soros, Bill Gates, or you or me (just very diverse "normal" people).... gonna do in such an ugly place? Caress those stupid marbles 24/7? There's no view outside, either; it's a freakin' desert, surrounded heinous & scarred digging or naturally exposed, horrible looking surrounding & other equally flat ugly buildings...
But that $12M place in Colorado, with 2 extra bedroom than that $1/4B dollar one in Israel... at least it has exquisite view of snowy landscape... I doubt anyone is going to waste close to $1B on such a place. $50M to $75M, I think it'd sell...
I'm, however, surprised at that $10M children's playground, fake Castle in Sacramento. The artificial landscape (including the nice lakes and 5 acres of land) alone is more than its $10M price tag. From that place, you could go to the coast, San Francisco... or majestic Yosemite in about 1.5 hours or so, depending on the traffic.
Sacramento is, after all, the Capital of the 5th largest economy in the world, so at least you are in the middle of a very odd place with lots of goings-on around you .... with endless farmlands on the one side of you and endless coastal Pacific, from the border of Mexico to the border of Canada, on the other side of you.

It's as though there was a sale of disparately scaled archetectural elements at Alibaba and the designer did their best to piece it all together without regard to the golden ratio.

Large mansion although magnificent beautiful but never gives me the security living. With so many windows and doors and rooms unoccupied. What about breaking is so scary unsafe.
