I have been devising juice plans for a little over two decades (and running global juice challenges for ten years) and every time I shoot a results video, I’m reminded of just how mind-blowing the results can be.

I had a very successful week on the soup and juice plan, really a great reset for the taste buds, been looking forward to make more fresh veggie, beans and tofu meals. Also learned that smaller meals thought the day seem to work better too, as I normally tend to end up with some 2.5 big meals over the day

Hi Jason I can't tolerate a lot of carbs .Are the juices low in carbs ? Can I swap pineapples etc for pears ? I have juiced with you in the past and was great .Please advise

if you drink alot of juice like orange juice ... is that bad for your teeth? and if so. whats the best way to counter that ? thank you so much

i saw the UA-cam video that there was gonna be a juicing challenge. And I said great figuring there would be subsequent videos to give the details of what to do and such -------there never was! Only after the challenge is over this results video!
You must of missed the first video, advising people to just pick one of our plans on app form and then juice along with us on that particular date over on Jason social media FB and Instagram. Other then choosing the app you wanted to do and getting all the juicy ingredients in ready, that's pretty much all there is to it. There is no special sign up or anything like that. Amy@JuicyHQ. XX
