Poo Ninja LOL. Back in high school when I started, I just brought my classical guitar and its gigbag. I put some sheets and pencils in the front of the gigbag. :)
Alex is truly great! Don't be jealous of people with perfect pitch, it's a blessing and a curse. It helps with learning by hearing and memorizing melodies, that's right. But imagine the whole band playing a few Hz deeper (430Hz instead of 440Hz). For us, that sounds perfectly in tune (for example Pantera, etc.). For people with perfect pitch, that sounds off, dissonant and really weird. //cheers, Kris
Yeah i've been searching for half an hour now and came back here. I have no idea what it is but it's like WOW. Btw that smile on the host's face at 5:39... "loool he so goooood"
Thomann Music I've been laughing but no doubt I would have done the same face. Don't you know the name of the song he played at 5:12 ? This riff has been stuck in my head for a day now !!!
Alexandr have you heard the band Intervals? if not, please check it out. Some of the finest progressive djent instrumental out there. *favorite for me is tapestry*
Can anyone tell me how the 3 pickups need to be wired? I know Alexandr uses stuff from K&K. But do I need a Preamp in the guitar? And what comes together with what in one cable? And how do I separate the signals again? Does someone know how this works? I'd like to build that in my guitar as well.
if there is anything thats making me fanboy rn is that Im seeing a fellow lefty playing djent on an acoustic and screaming. Btw thanks for the safe travel and handling of my Solar A2.7 thomann lovin that shit to bits for days now! Greetings from Ph
lol - in the hair department I'm working on a different plane - when I was his age I had a rockin' mane - now at 55 years old I'm just grateful that it's still around! i.imgur.com/dnv4Zgq.jpg As far as his finger style - well, I know all the notes, so we're about even!!! HAHAHAHA Seriously tho, Alex is "next level" - the way he approaches the percussive elements and the "right places" for the tapping and pitch-shifting is something few can master.
Thank you so much for the interview guys, that was a great experience!
Hey Alexandr. Kris told me how much fun he had. I wish i could have been there!

What original is this Alex? Sounds nice
