This is a wonderful review Zeta Kai, nice job! I loved every aspect of this video, starting obviously by all the details showed of this model kit and arriving to all the shots, the visual angles and the soundtrack too. You made me feel the passion for the incredible Gunpla world and the love for this kit, I'm really impressed! Taking about this model kit in particular, I'm not a big fan of this Gundam, so ad the ZZ, but they're part of the Gundam history, so it has all my respect. All the differences you showed really makes this gunpla totally different from the Revive, and the only great, gigantic problem for me in these cases, is that it's a PBandai kit! I emailed the sponsor of this video, Side Seven, but to send me some kits from Japan to Italy takes 3 months...omitting the cost...eh eh eh. So PBandai, as I wrote in another comment of your channel, is Evil for me, even if I hope someday Bandai can make me change my mind opening a Bandai Shop in Europe, so I can buy directly from them! Anyway compliments again for the beautiful review, have a nice day and stay safe! See you next time!
Thank you for the compliments! I'm glad my passion for all things Zeta shines through. It's fun to share it with everyone. P-Bandai continues to be a struggle. It's getting better here in the States, so hopefully it will improve there soon, as well.
Its never good idea to paint black with any color cause it absorbs it. That is why some paint black with light gray 1st then paint with whatever color they want.
My Revive Zeta had MAJOR spaghetti legs until I added a bit of Tamiya Cement. The legs on these ones look really solid! Absolutely gonna pick this one up
I prefer the proportions of the revive. It just looks so sleek and refined. The different parts are supposedly due to being upgraded with Zeta Plus parts, but are the new parts similar to the HGUC Zeta Plus?
Not to hinder side seven, but if you don't know the 0088 is coming to P bandai US online store in October, also zeta Kai I was thinking of swapping parts for proportion changes with zeta zeta having the waverider color corrected
The 2003 HGUC was the first to get the Universal Century style treatment, but it wasn't "the original" HG...that was an abomination from around 1990 that lacked the Hyper Megalauncher, had the wings *molded* in the open/extended position, and just didn't look great.
omg. whenever you say "very very different" , my mind is revolting... shouting "THOSE ARE JUST MINOR DIFFERENCE!" Is it me or anyone felt the same as I did?
Is it worthy? Maybe from the collector perspective, yes but for common hobbies I think it's not. I mean this is P bandai, and if you can be patient and save a little bit more money you can get MG zeta 2.0. You don't need to worry about stickers and it has full transformation. For me, for all variation of zeta and it predecessor like zz, s gundam and ex s gundam, better buy the mg version. You will be more happy with that. Of course you need spend more but I think it's worth it
They're from a great little add-on set. It's officially called: "HG Build Custom 1/144 Build Hands Edge (S,M,L) Build Divers Support Parts". Quite the name, eh?
I'm here to witness this beauty and I was not disappointed.
Zeta Gundam never disappoints.

So zeta kai reviewing a pbandai zeta version of a regular zeta
Sad that the Revive didn’t do the trim on the wings
Yea but how hard is it to mask those edges and paint them? Not very
It's pretty sad, honestly. I'd have gladly waited a month or 2, or paid an extra couple bucks for them to be included on the standard release.
@@porkflaps4717 I suppose you're right. But I'm lazy!😉
If you dont have as much experience painting, it's easier to paint red parts black then making black parts red.
Its never good idea to paint black with any color cause it absorbs it. That is why some paint black with light gray 1st then paint with whatever color they want.
We believe in the sign of Zeta ❤️
My Revive Zeta had MAJOR spaghetti legs until I added a bit of Tamiya Cement. The legs on these ones look really solid! Absolutely gonna pick this one up
They're diffrent (only to people who already know they're different).
I KNEW UR SPONSOR WAS SIDESEVENEXPORTS!!!
Petition for Bandai to make an actual Zeta Kai Gundam.
I prefer the proportions of the revive. It just looks so sleek and refined.
The different parts are supposedly due to being upgraded with Zeta Plus parts, but are the new parts similar to the HGUC Zeta Plus?
Crazy how this video prophesied the Zeta Ver Ka.
Just applied the waterslides to the regular revive, boy it spruces up the lack of detail to this kit.
I'd like to see that. I've only used them on the RG.
Not to hinder side seven, but if you don't know the 0088 is coming to P bandai US online store in October, also zeta Kai I was thinking of swapping parts for proportion changes with zeta zeta having the waverider color corrected
What is the 0088 version supposed to represent? I assume the zeta after repairs in ZZ Gundam?
Uc 0088 so you are right
The SDCS version of the Zeta has better color separation on the shield than its HG counterparts.
Were the changes in the ZZ anime deliberate and noticeable or were these just the results of animation inconsistencies? I'm kinda curious
Now if only you had the 1990's High Grade Zeta kit to add to the lineup...
late comment, but is it weird that I prefer the proportions of the original?
i remember zeta kai XD from sdgo i dunno if he is the same guy D=

@Zetakai I have tasted that rainbow, and it is magnificent
Scrumptious!
omg. whenever you say "very very different" , my mind is revolting... shouting "THOSE ARE JUST MINOR DIFFERENCE!" Is it me or anyone felt the same as I did?
I suppose "many, many small differences" would've been more accurate. It just seems very different to me. 😅
It’s very different, the head sculpt is so much better on the 0088 so it doesn’t actually look like fucking garbage
Exactly, people saying it's very different are just insane
zeta zeta zeta!!!
Why didnt they just make the revive kit like the Aeug version? It makes no sense
Is it worthy? Maybe from the collector perspective, yes but for common hobbies I think it's not. I mean this is P bandai, and if you can be patient and save a little bit more money you can get MG zeta 2.0.

Is there any extra part on the 88 version?
Awh too bad its p-bandai, looks like a good improvement!
Not one of my favorites Gundam but i love that insectoid face
Where did the open hands come from?
They're from a great little add-on set. It's officially called: "HG Build Custom 1/144 Build Hands Edge (S,M,L) Build Divers Support Parts".
Quite the name, eh?
Ngl when you say there's big difference, I thought it will transform like the 90s version. Silly me _(:3JL) _
Man… that Gus add did not age well. Otherwise super awesome review.
No it did not lol.
2 years later, ver ka Zeta announced, bout damn time too
No comparison with RG Zeta?
Aw nuts, I forgot! I'm sorry.
"As you can see, when I touch the Real Grade Zeta, it falls to pieces. When I touch the Revive and 88 Zeta kits, they don't fall to pieces."
