  • British musicians were fascinated by American bluesmen and that's why we chose that song. It's from "The London Howlin' Wolf Sessions" from 1971. His songs are always pretty challening for us, but still gives us joy 🙂
Funny fact: on the album you can hear how Howlin' Wolf is giving some instructions to other musicians (incl. Eric Clapton) how to play song "Red Rooster".
    Thanks a lot 🎥 Jakub Krupa 😉

As a Black American Blues (Black Folk) Dancer I'm often disappointed by dancers from other countries who claim to be dancing our dance. But you two nailed it! (Granted, Howlin Wolf hated the results of his London session. But I don't.)

"your dance". Stop using their language then? IDK the US is obsessed about dividing who can do what.

@@TheGrundigg Blues is classified as Black Folk music, so the dances that were created to be dance to it are Black Folk Dance. I learned the rudiments of the dance when I was a child. So yes, it's our dance. What I'm simply saying is that ANY artist should understand and practice the basic defining elements of their art until they master it.

@Charlleyw did you personally invent it or the music? Your rhetoric is very racist.

I don't know if my previous reply posted, but the gist of it was that as a 73 year old Black American Man I have suffered from Racism and I doubt you can say the same. I've been kicked, punched, spit on and forced to sit in poorly maintained segregated areas. Those conditions are what caused the creation of the Blues. I did't create it, WE, Black Americans created it.
And your asinine reaction is to a post where I COMPLIMENT people? A comment that they apparently LOVED? (Marked with a heart symbol?) If they didn't object to my comment you have no right to do so.
One of us is a racist and it isn't me. You sound like a bigoted fool and I will not respond to any more of your inane, moronic, ignorant amd utterly prejudiced drivel.
