I now wake up at 5am without an alarm. Reading 1 chapter in the Bible every morning. I started praying daily over my 10 goals, and sowing into my dream on vision board.
I started reading daily a few years ago…I average about 45 books a year…but I only watch 1 hour of TV a week. I also take a ton of online classes on self improvement and motivation.
If I watch something on TV, it’s usually an inspirational message or movie. I stopped watching the news and deleted all my social media accounts…best thing I have ever done!
I am celebrating 10 months of recovery over drugs and alcohol and I have been listening to pastor Steven Furtick since I got sober and he has helped me grow so much. And then God brought me you! Good Lord, I didn’t know how much I needed your wisdom in my life. Thank you.
I love everything that Terri talks about! She is very inspiring. There’s one thing that I wish she would encourage her audience to do on a daily basis, that is to read the Bible. I believe that prayer and reading the Word of God goes hand in hand.
She does in an indirect way…she knows the word of God very well and it makes me even hungrier for the Word. Makes me want to know it even more so I can help others.

I grew up poor on a small island in the pacific.. growing up I was an avid reader to the point where my high school classmates called me the bookworm. I dreamed of life of abundance and success just like in those books. I wanted so bad to live the American dream from what I read that no one around me could understand. They all thought I was a little different 😉.. Years later I live in the U.S living my best life… Folks, if a poor island girl can do it so can you! Reading and dreaming your best life is possible!!
Back then I’ve never heard of a vision board, but my room was covered with magazine clippings of people I admired and wished I could be one day. I looked at those pictures everyday.. and you know what? I am exactly a replica of those I envisioned. ❤

If you have dreams you can do both become a doctor and a mimister. I would start with praying and studying.. Volunteer with children in a medical setting. Get your prerequisites done . Make sure that helping children through medicine is your true dream. I would take an over ofcareers with children. I would also get an over view of medical csreerz. At the same time read the Bible. Look into careers in ministry withchildren . Also there are medical Chaplains.If you have the energy you can accomplish anythung.
