U can search for these recipes Hyderabad style chicken curry, mutton (boti) curry, fish curry, dhal ... its actually quite simple to make coz their base ingredients are mostly the same.

Brother, they are taking large lunch portion because most of these people are blue collar workers + in India we used to eat only 3 meals in a day whereas, here in usa I am eating small meals 5-6 times in a day .
