If it wasn't for youtube, i wouldn't ever see this anime. I truly loved every minute of this anime. I genuinely wept and cried when it ended. It feels like losing a friend or having a piece of you die. That's how it felt when the anime ended. Apperciate what you have before its gone.

Dang, there is something so emotional about living a life without your loved one, the brightness in your life. Suffering for it because someone took it away from you. In this ending, Mio is imagining what relationship her and Shinji should’ve been like…wow 😞
It’s so sad cause all she wanted was to live a life with her loved one
Actually she is remembering their first and last date
This ending is the most calming ending compared to the other endings, and also gives the deepest impression of Mio and Shido's relationship 🥲🥲

I can really feel Reine's emotions here, also the soft music and stunning animation make the nuance of sadness more pronounced. True love that can never come back. Rest in peace Reine

That's why In the end Reine although already don't have body and only have limited power left, she revived Tohka one year later because she don't want Shido ended like her, suffering for a long time cause losing the love one.
Anyway did anyone who read LN realize that Shinji and Mio story have some similar way like Shido and Tohka? Their story repeated, but with the different actors. Even the losing is repeated (Mio lost Shinji but reunite in afterlife and have happy ending, Shido lost Tohka but reunited one years later)
If you guys watching plastic memories or angel beats anime, the separated scene may have similar impact because they both crying each other in LN. ʕ ﹷ ᴥ ﹷʔ
Well .I like SHINJI better than SHIDOU .Because Shinji loves Mio Takamiya more like a lover and Shidou loves more like a friend or family .They're completely different person even they have same face. 1:00

He just held it, I guess it's because he have other spirit heart to be protected from heart broken if Shido just admit love to one person only. And if you watch carefully, you'll know who his heart belong to, it's already spoiled in every season and the story

This is a perfect song to end off a great series. It’s quite sad the anime adaption series is coming close to an end, but I really enjoyed it! Been a fan of this franchise for about a decade now and loved every single moment of it!
Sweet Arms did a really amazing job for this ending, it actually did made me a little emotional hearing it for the first time ❤

I love this anime so much❤😭 Supporting Date A Live since 2013. Just beautiful anime. I will continue buying the blu rays and merch. This is not a normal ecchi anime. Its ecchi with comedy, unique great characters and an actual story.
Man, episode 4 really made this a lot more painful and sad. Already know I’m going to be conflicted with my feelings when it comes to Mio and the spirits.
