It kinda shows that it's better to get playing time at a smaller team than sit on the bench all the time at a bigger team. Especially if you're a keeper since they rarely get subbed.

I loved how he stepped out to catch ball denying a play to be made by anyone, something Vicaro doesn't do as much and stays in goal. 100% Agree about the pass, but his save when ball may fall just under bar for goal, he catches it falling backwards into goal and drops ball in front of goal line, regains balance and picks it back up, showed how self-aware and intelligent he is. I don't want to overreact from 1 game but I'm excited to see him play! When Vicaro returns maybe starting GK becomes tough choice, a question for another day.

Ange is still a dead man walking. This was a cup game against a Liverpool side that seemed to hold back for the 2nd leg. If Ange doesn't start performing in the league where it matters, he will be gone. He also will have no excuses left for why his team keeps losing once he starts getting most of his missing players back in the side. We saw the same thing happen last season, where there were a lot of players out injured midseason, then they started coming back and yet Spurs still lost almost every game 4-0 / 5-0 to end last season. It was truly horrific and any repeat of that will most certainly see him gone.

My take on all this is we are missing Szoboszlai. Jones is no Szoboszlai. He gets pushed off the ball way to easy and sometimes makes bad decisions. He may have good moments in the game but shouldnt be a starter. I also think Slot's tactics have been wrong both last games. He saw what Man U did with Trent why not make a change during the game or half time. Just my thoughts. Nottingham will be a challenge but I think we can get the win if he picks the right team. Last night's match was a good team performance I must say Kinsky our new Goalkeeper settled into the team with confidence he played like he had played 50 games for Tottenham I must also say this I have never seen a player in their first match play like him yes he has everything you would want in a goalkeeper 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿in the first minute 5 minutes of the game Dragusin had a decent shot turned round the post,7 minutes Bentancur gets himself injured in the most bizarre way and he is stretched off,Tottenham keep on playing Ange ball end of the first half .Second half Tottenham kept on playing Ange ball trying to score a goal,71 minute Ange takes Son off I must say Son and Kulu kept losing the ball.Solanke with a great run holds off 2 Liverpool players and Smashes the ball into goal 👀👀👀👀Disallowed VAR Offside 🤔🤔🤔nevertheless Tottenham keep on playing Ange ball looking for an opportunity to score,Porro with a 40 yard pass to the none stop running Solanke,Solanke shields the ball in the box holding off the Liverpool defender then he passes the ball with his left foot to Bergvall ,Bergvall shoots right foot shot first time bottom corner GOALLLLLLL.Yes Tottenham end Liverpool 21 games unbeaten run..Yes we the Tottenham supporters must now really get behind this injury ridden team because with all the injuries we have and players having to play out of position Tottenham keep on playing Ange ball 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

I'm a Liverpool fan im more fuming that he left Jones and salah on the pitch and took macalister and jota off than the so called sending off, similar happened to jota last season against spurs 1 card was deserved another wasn't but ref still sent him off unlike the mercy he showed to bergvall both incidents were same circumstances I don't think bergvall deserved the 1st yellow so a 2nd n off would have been harsh on the lad however two wrongs don't make a right so the ref was bad but he isn't the reason Liverpool lost the game that was on Liverpools performance

Don’t know if you recall but Jota made another deliberate foul which warranted a yellow before he got the first one. He actually should have been sent off in that game, as well the one the season before when he kicked Skipp in the head. The injustice in the game last year was the ridiculous disallowed goal.

The first wasn't a yellow and as Ange explained, he has been told, time and time again, this season, where play continues with an advantage play doesn't get taken back. On balance, however, he didn't deserve to be sent off for the two, so the right decision

You don't deserve a final from playing 1 decent game in a two legged tie there is still one game to be played. Alice, I'm an AngeIn fan but my biggest criticism of the man has been how he has marginalized Spence until he was forced to use him.
Utter madness to not register him for the Europa League and absolutely flog Udogie with minutes on his return from a major injury over the summer.
I don't see a major difference between playing Arsenal or Newcastle. The both like to foul goalkeepers on corners, take an early lead, and then chop up the game, wasting as much time as possible and fighting players until the game is over.
Arsenal might be the better matchup at the moment because they have more injuries and have lost a little bit of momentum and would be more tired than Newcastle with their European commitments, but if both squads are fully fit, I don't see much of a difference in playing either of them.

Our players are just overworked and no signings in summer. (Chiesa barely contributes).
The rules dictate whatever happened for the first yellow, if there’s a second yellow foul played, the first is out the window.
Konate would usually clear with his left foot. However fact he was rushed back, it was clear he didn’t want to out stretch his leg.
Liverpool same squad as last season. Everyone ran into the ground, especially the opposition we’ve played oppose to spurs. Grav, vvd, Salah, Diaz, macca, jones tired. Trent head is elsewhere. Jota, konate, Bradley not fully fit imo. Tsimikas barely played.
We need signings asap to help the squad to go again.

And i can only think its because of the 3 contract situations going on, and the intensity of the team this season needs a rest... Due to the current rules Bergvall shouldn't have been sent off as advantage was played and it wasn't cynical or dangerous - I definitely would have been angry if I was a Liverpool fan though. Judging by Ange's press conferences over the season Spence was tested a bit on his attitude so they used other players instead to challenge his resolve and Bergvall wasn't there physically so they were drip feeding him into games which they would have done more with Grey as well. Don't believe Moore is fit enough at the moment, seems to have suffered a bad virus of some sort and think Yang will be a fair way off getting minutes outside of potentially Tamworth this weekend as it's a huge step up from the K league and he's only had about 2 half seasons of playing in that
