Is it really that easy? They just tell you to invision going through a doorway and then you can see it all? How do we know it's not just the imagination coming up with stuff ?
From what I've heard, Even if it is just the imagination it can still be theraputic as the characters and places envisioned can represent events we may not have processed in our subconscious. Many are skeptical (myself included) but there is much more to it than shown here.
