At first I thought ”Knight used his range this time” but looks like the difference maker was movement, reads and timing.
Yeah in bare knuckle fighting skills go out the window for the most part so whoever doesn't do that will usually end up winning.

It clearly wasn’t really Artem Lobov. It was a lookalike because Lobov was worried about ending a life in the ring, he let his cousin fight Knight. Artem would have easily won before the fight started.

Looks like an orbital fracture, extreemly painful, and he could have lost his eye to it. Good call to hit the floor and stop fighting. To be honest it looked like something was wrong with Artem before the fight. He needs time to heal. I'd say 8 months.

What a huge adjustment Jason made for the 2nd fight. Huge. You can't learn that fast under stress. That means he absolutely chose to fight the undisciplined way he did in the first fight. Good for him. Lobov has to find a better way inside moving head with hands up.
