Happy 16th Birthday, Trua! - Orca Encounter (Full Show) at SeaWorld Orlando - November 23, 2021

Trua, the largest killer whale at SeaWorld Orlando, celebrated his 16th birthday during the 3:30pm Orca Encounter! The birthday shoutout starts at 5:46. Although a birthday treat was brought out before the show, Trua and Makaio chose not to leave the Underwater Viewing pool until almost showtime which could have affected the decision to not give the treat during this time. Oh my god!! He's huge!! Whenever I think of him I think of that video of him sitting on the stage by himself while Takara performed behind him. Trua posing like "Look at me too!" Such a character. I THINK that was him? Maybe it was Makaio... God it has been so long I can't remember and can't find the video for the life of me but I'm rambling!! Thank you for filming this. It's amazing and surreal how much he's grown up. Such a handsome bull. He has really been thriving at Seaworld and I'm so happy for him

I met him for the first time the day after he was born. He's special to me. I've watched him bloom into a young adult. I'm hoping he has many years of happiness and Trua hijinks.
He's a good boy. Very easy going, a perfect mini-me of his sweet natured papa Taku.
