To be honest, she used her "softer, mellow" singing mode for this performance. That's the greatness of Xtina, she has so many layers and colours to her voice that she can decide how to sound in relation to the song. She's so versatile and freaking talented. I'll always love her. Queen of vocals.
This movie has always been very special to me, because this was the first movie that i bought with my own money back when i was 13. Christina looked absolutely beautiful throughout the movie. Her acting skill was good, and the songs fit the theme of the movie. The storyline may be a little overused, because this is, like, a remake of Glitter by Mariah Carey, in my opinion. Mariah is bad at lip syncing, though, but both are amazing singers, talented artists and beautiful women. I adore her cute and innocent personality in this movie.
I think neither cher or christina wanted to do a sequel, I have no idea how much money the movie made but if it wasn't really great that would probably be a reason as well :/ witch is a shame cause a livod the movie as well.
