    Don't make emotional decisions while buying homes.....1cr is not worth according to location

    I visited this property in 2020 ,it was under construction,we were told only few 3bhk flats are left and price is 80lacs for 1700 something sq feet. Considering the area...yes it is near the proposed site for infovally we were told Accenture Deloitte and other big companies are going to build their offices close to this area but the area is still underdeveloped and all the proposed development will take at least 6-10 years minimum.
    The main road from the site is around 11kms which is not very good for regular communication purpose.
    We were also told that possession will start from 2022 and very few flats are left so better we book then and there but we thought it was overly priced for such a location.
    Recently we got a call from the same person who showed us the flat... saying the price now will be 75 lacs and some more amenities have been added...this goes on to show that people are not buying flats here and very less number of flats are booked ...they will tell you few flats are left to entice you to book. Contrary to their claim possession has not yet started as flats are not sold and construction work is still going on

      I bargained very hard but they did not come below 1.08cr at all for 3BHK. For 2 BHK furnished they were offering at 77L after a lot of bargain. So I came out. You serious they offered 3BHK at 75L?

      @@samarjitparida7855 yes bt I was offered an unfurnished flat ...also I feel unfurnished 3bhk flat in a developed place like Patia will cost 1.5 cr which is a better deal than furnished 3bhk in a secluded area

      Not actually brother because its a developing area, keep in mind that it's a futuristic area once the 50% occupancy came in that area price going to b jump .
