How to clean the inlet of the IONSCAN 600 using a vacuum cleaner

Vacuuming the IONSCAN 600 sample inlet (with covers on) is a requirement of TSA Air Cargo Variant detectors (4824000E-301) and is otherwise only recommended for exceptionally dirty environments, where dirt can cause gross contamination and swab insertion problems. The vacuum cleaner must be ESD safe and must have an airflow not exceeding 70 cubic feet per minute (cfm) to prevent causing damage to the inlet sensors of the IONSCAN 600.
