even a bad episode brings me joy and laughter. glad i find you guys. and don’t be so hard on yourselves, with this podcast format, you’re sure to have some duds when it comes to skits/performances not really hitting how you want them to or how you played it out in your mind. and it would be crazy for us to expect that if you, but either way it comes out, i think your audience can find humor there. but it has to be within the “golden ratio” if you get what i’m saying. the only piece of advice as a viewer i could give is to maybe come up with another segment or two that is going to be consistently entertaining or executed how you want them to be, that way if a character or a bit doesn’t pan out how you want, you don’t feel like the entire show is bad. that also would give you freedom to hurry the character along if it’s bombing, or play into its crushing. i think that knowing you have a failsafe waiting afterwards, in the way of a fun segment that people also look forward to, will take off a lot of pressure for them to be good, and you can just flow more, less stress, take more risks, enjoy it. idk, just a thought. love what you guys are doing. take care

Worth noting that the Kony 2012 guy wasn't masturbating (it wasn't in the video and the police made no record of it), and he was hospitalized for weeks after the incident with no drugs being mentioned by anyone involved (other than him saying he wasn't on drugs). The dude basically had a complete breakdown that took weeks to recover from, and then everyone lied and said he was on drugs and beat it when there's no evidence of either lmao

He was having a complete mental breakdown at the time due to all the stress of the negative rumors flying around the Kony movement (yenno, the rumor that Kony died), as well as criticism as to exactly WHAT he was going to do to stop Kony. Not that it matters, I just feel bad for the guy. Good intentions for sure, he just wasn’t prepared or aware of what he would need to manage in order to achieve his goals.
