I don’t like “dropping off” packages for the reason you explained here, especially if I can’t see them scan it. Companies can point the finger at each other, but the customer is the one screwed at the end of the day. It’s an unfortunate $50 lesson. Sucks to be out the money, but better than experiencing that with a much more expensive order.

Dior is so far the best imo. Givenchy didn’t send me their couture boxes on 2 of my orders. They finally sent a box for one of my orders so I can give it as a gift. Still waiting on the other box. Thx for letting us know about Cle de Peau. Prada has cute pouches that come with each order (no nice boxes or samples though).
I'm glad that Givenchy sent you a box for gifting. It's always a bummer when you want to give an order and it doesn't come with a beautiful presentation. Loved the video! I've received the red gift bag from Armani a few times. It always had multiple perfume samples in it. It's very strange that yours was empty.

I would love to see all your Dior limited edition boxes!!!! :) I just started ordering from Dior beauty and my experience hasn’t been good (missing samples, different packaging, etc). So sad I missed the animal print edition which is my favorite!!
I just so happen to an extra leopard print box that will be going up on my website for sale soon. All money made during these events goes right back into the channel for more content. 💗
Dior packaging is the best. The Carolina Herrera packaging is quite lovely as well. I also like Charlotte Tilbury packaging. Sorry about Cle de Peau...
Hey Katherine 💗 The Carolina Herrera was an gorgeous surprise. I've only unboxed Charlotte Tilbury once, and that was the holiday advent type chest, and it was very pretty.
for the cle de peau thing, i think getting the credit card claim to get your money might be the best way to try to get the money back. if the conversation was able to be saved, this might be the next step
I understand your frustration about the return to Cle de Peau but in retrospect, you should not have given it to the FedEx drop off until their scanner was fixed or if they can give you proof that you did give it to them so that you have a means of tracking. You admit that you left it with them "in good faith" that it will be picked up but that was a gamble on your part that did not pay off. I hate to say that Cle de Peau aren't really to blame for this.
Do you have the receipt for the drop off? They can’t legally do that. There is so much crime and lawlessness in the world right now even in big companies we all have to try to fight back won’t be shopping with Cle de Peau either.
Hi Rose. Unfortunately, I only have the manager's word from Dollar General. Since the scanner gun was broken they couldn't send me the standard text for receipt. I could probably ask them for video footage of the FedEx driver picking up, but Cle De Peau won't even speak with the store manager, let alone review footage. FedEx can't help me because the package was never scanned. Right now, I'm not getting anywhere with either company. It'll probably end up on another UA-cam video of someone opening lost packages. 😅😩

The ribbons make cute hair ribbons or headband. Love CH red ribbons and Chanel blue ribbon.
