Your Illustrator tutorials are really, really cool. But since you seem to be doing so much with isometric vectors, I was wondering: Have you ever tried MagicaVoxel? That software strikes me as something you could have a lot of fun with and produce some amazing stuff.
Thanks and great suggestion! I have heard of it but never really looked into it. Is it still popular though?
@@Vectortwist I'm not sure, to be honest. But even if it's not popular, it's ever improving and allowing for amazing artworks to be created :-) Me, myself and I will have to check it out eventually. First I need to get better at Illustrator :-D
If I may ask, what in Illustrator do you still need to get better at?
@@Vectortwist Illustrator in general. At work I mostly use Photoshop and InDesign. Illustrator I pretty much only use to create and manipulate vectors easier than InDesign would allow it. But every time I watch Illustrator tutorials, I see how much potential that software has as well. Yet for me, right now, it's more of an enhanced Pathfinder tool compared to InDesign with the additional ability to turn strokes into shapes.
@@STFUppercut69 yeah InDesign can do some stuff but illustrator just rocks 😎, of course I am biased. Ideally a illustrator photoshop collaboration is the best imo
