Soundgarden the best grunge band..
Except AIC
@@planetcaravan2925wdym except AiC???
He was the G.O.A.T.
His voice sounds like a new element, a form of massive energy, he could still hit notes from 30 years ago, volume, expansion, range and techniques.
Cornell was unbeatable as a vocalist, not even Plant or Mercury could have mastered his voice so well.
God of music.
Hey checkout my song Rayman Alley. Hope you like it!
When screaming life ep came out and we all heard hunted down…
God.
Dude imagine if Kurt, Chris and Layne would still be alive and they all make a tour or a band it would be super awesome
Chester too🫶🏼
Fuck yes
I actually think about this a lot.
I’d even Add Scott Weiland and STP to be apart of that mix as well. Happy 4th Of JULYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
fuck yea dude scott too
why are fans so stupid
Now this, THIS is Matt Cameron, with best druming ever... not that bullshit in Pearl Jam...
truer words were never spoken
Since July 2, 1992, when I attended a Soundgarden concert at the age of 18, for the first and only time, I felt an incredible sense of rapture with the music I heard. Musicians and composers like these should be immortal. Like his musical legacy that I'll listen to until the end of my life
they are immortal
The Matt Fucking Cameron, Still the fittest drummer on the planet, how he keeps that up is nothing short of heroic.
I don't think anyone can match his groove as well
there's time you would think Hes trying to stroke out !! Energizer Drummer !! Still Going !!
He is amazing, so is Neil Peart of Rush….aw man, another icon lost way too early 😢
I think that when you listen to how Chris answers the interview questions, you might begin to understand outside of the music, why fans value him as much as we do & why reconciling his loss is neither easy, nor necessarily finished
Rough voice at first but he still pushed and got there but his performance on letterman at same time was pure chris. the greatest ever
I love you all too much. I don’t want to be in a world where you’re gone, Chris. 💧
Chris had such an amazing voice
Who ever is responsible for this recording needs a kiss from a straight man! Masterpiece.
I’m so upset that I never got the chance to see them. The one time I had a shot, Matt was on tour with PJ and Matt Chamberlain was on the drums. I couldn’t do it. Soundgarden is one of my all time favorites.
Lords of the Grunge
Yess fuckin yess
Aic? Yeah I know
Saw soundgarden play Northern Invasion in 2017, just days before it all ended. I will never forget at the end of the show, Ben Shepperd tearing down his whole bass rig and just being an animal!!! Greatest show of my life.
I saw them in Tuscaloosa right before that on May 6th. They were amazing & Chris was leaning over taking gifts from people on the front row talking to them, shaking hands, laughing & smiling a lot. Great memory.
these guys were so dedicated to their craft, and just brilliant artists, each in their own right.
Amazing performance. We miss you Chris 🌟
Ben so right about the sound being better in smaller venues,
even though Chris had the vocal range of a demon,
big stadiums loose something in the vocal range, probably the open ambience..
Very nice sound. I think the guitar tone it's fantastic
absolutely amazing
@@OmarDavidPerez Hey checkout my song Rayman Alley. Hope you like it!
I am super fortunate to see Soundgarden at many cool concerts. This sounds fantastic! ❤ Chris Cornell 🤘
One of the best grunge bands EVER.We miss you Chris 😔
I saw Patti Smith in a small venue in Toronto many years ago and it was the most amazing concert I've ever been to. I had heard that it was her first concert in years. She did two shows that night and I was at the first one. The crowd, including me, was going absolutely nuts the entire time, yet she was so humble. She spoke to us like we were her buddies hanging out in her living room. I wish I could have seen Soundgarden live.
Thanks Ben for mentioning Philly!!!!
Grande Chris, Grande Matt Cameron 💥
Still miss Chris mucho ! Was lucky enough to see Soundgarden number of times and Audioslave also. Just don't make bands like that anymore! Thanks again for compiling this video and sharing 👍
Thank you so much. I have seen the one on PBS but it is abridged. I have the cd, I love it so much❤️❤️
Best performance ever
Hey checkout my song Rayman Alley. Hope you like it!
THANK YOU MANNNNNNNN
🤝🤞😁
I just LOVE this guys!!
Brilliant. Not a hit band, that's the secret of being a "Soundgarden" and he hits the nail on the spot about music discovery and how it can or should be a sacred, spiritual experience of the individual. Best interview ever. Sense and down to earth, many can learn from those.
Que buen concierto de Soundgarden, no lo había visto.
Loco te pasaste subiendo este video... fui al imax a verlo, que manera de disfrutarlo

All so damn good
Nice acoustic surprise at the end. Never heard “No Such Thing” that way.

What a band it was…
@Renato Gómez please can you upload the Soundgarden's concert "Live At Roundhouse, London 2014"?
Yes!
Ben is awesome
we didnt really have diff odd alternative in AUS unless u lived in the cities. so for me i found Soundgarden first, along w what came after. from tori amos to ministry or soul asylum. i always was into anything metal but i admit i gravitated to hair wen i was in my teens while listening to say Queensryvhe who really were diff and amazing but still metal. Soundgarden was prob the first heavy thing id really listen to and think this is odd and awesome. 90s kid but i was 19. late bloomer. oh but i also loed split enz and duran. lmao. im all defensive. these guys opened a door. thankyou
O show é foda!
O que ferra é meia hora de entrevista por cada música

Rip , Led Zeppelin members were fans of you.....
Slaves a nd bulldozers amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥
que weones mas buenos
I'll never forget the Badmotorfinger tour that I saw in St. Louis in the early 90's. I was up front and could hear Chris Cornell's voice over the speaker amplification. Such power and soul. I'm grateful to have witnessed such a pivotal time in music.
Note to the sound engineer for the film. Please pay attention to the frequency that Ben's nose is whistling at in future interviews and turn that shit down haha!
grew up
Guns N' Roses - Black Hole Sun
I would jam with Ben. I wish I could show him what I'm made of. No one will ever replace the hammer of the gods, AKA Soundgarden & CC, but we can play until the air turns sour. Contact me Ben, you won't regret it.
MACE
Could it be that songs from this same concert are missing?
guys I'm getting scared weeks ago I heard a version of black hole sun from this same concert but not the acoustic version in fact chris used his green gibson semi hollow but out of nowhere I can't find it anymore either on the soundgarden channel or here on this one video just disappeared and I know I'm not crazy!
Wow! I didn't realize the video disappeared! I will upload it
ua-cam.com/video/O3APMu6zIiM/v-deo.html This video?
@@RenaOficial yes that's it! but I get a video that is not available, I would appreciate it if you uploaded it!
I believe the Warfield was owned by Jerry Garcia ❤️🔥
Le Mejor Soundgarden en todo el mundo das uberband fur alles pero Chris. Stirbt. Ich kann nicht. Por que? Yo no se. Nous ne saurons jamais. Vaya con dios.
I think this is 1st time I've heard Ben speak ! not sure seams like interesting dude though

The last concert was on May 18, 2017, this one was in 2013

Sad to see Chris unable to deliver the vocals on JCP.
I've seen soungardenu 5 times and all were between 90-93ish, and I almost always thought Chris struggled to reproduce the vocals. I've seen so many videos, especially the Temple of the Dog Alpine show for PJ 20 directors cut, and his vocals were perfect. It makes me wonder because the times I've been right up close he sounded more like this or worse. He's still my favorite studio singer and great sounding recorded voice. I just don't get the disconnect live, especially having been right in front of him 4/5 times.
@@paulfaulkner2855 Maybe they touched up his vocals during post-production, i.e. rerecorded them. It's not an uncommon practice when it comes to official live albums/videos.
Eu amo Soundgarden, mas quando Chris tenta cantar agudo fica feio.
Como é chato ficar colocando essas falas intercalando o show!

The interviewers questions are annoying 😅
He not satan they inject hand in the video
this is sort of on topic but all my hair metal friends REJECTED WHOLESALE....APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION. I was 15 str8 onto it and a yr and a half later im watching them in an arena w a ticket i couldn't practically give away in my pocket. no lights just a tiny riser on a rug and AXL throwing his mike stand from centre stage. left. right. left again. and this poor guys job was to run hunched down to retrieve it to centre stage. i believe todd crew may have just died as he also cried during knockin on heaven's door. it was magical and arrogant and the realest thing.. Of course months later...lol. its just funny thinkin ur gonna turn ur friends on and they revolt. lol. they're all great speakers even ben w his look i'll answer the question but im gonna be obtuse and defensive.lmao. totally punk. i hear chris loved him most kinda. to me ben did axl w out being cruel, yknow, just punk. ramble.peace
That version of Jesus Christ pose was unrelenting.
Horrible vocal performance. Sad.
