Hey Justine! Any tips for when you got a horse for the first time bc I’m not sure if I could get to the yard before school and I probably can’t pay to have the horse put in pasture and fed , my parents work from home and start work at 7:00am so I’m not sure how it would work out

LiveEQ has been so helpful to me! BigEQ is good but they have such an annoying paywall and they tend to be more expensive horses. I like equine now and don’t overlook local Facebook groups!! FB is how I’ve found all my horses so far! And TYSM! I’m glad you enjoy them 😄💗
It’s dangerous for me to have gel handles because I’ll impulsively chew on it 😔 I need to order new whips at some point. I snapped one playing with it by slapping the ground aggressively (maybe I have issues) and I also let my horse hold one, then he chewed on it and snapped it (maybe he’s just as strange as me?). So, I’ve been having to duck tape them to hold them together :)
That’s hilarious 🤣 I let Cupid pick this one up but never thought about them snapping! I have a gel hairbrush that’s been busted for years but I REFUSE to throw it away because I’m too attached to the way the gel handle feels…despite gel slowly leaking out for years….
I don't think that's a lunge whip it's a dressage whip. maybe a cart whip. Also careful with mtg it made one of our horses literally BURN because it was like he was frying
Haha doesn’t sound weird! I’m from the south, some people say they can really hear an accent, some people say I don’t have one. I think it shifts sometimes too day to day since I’m living in the north rn.
