I’ll say you should be careful. I personally had an encounter with them and they seemed fishy. No university calls you directly to tell you about payments to be made etc. Please beware. There are lots of scammers out there.

I wouldn‘t advice that. Applying for a Bachelor program is a Bit more complicated than a Masters here in Germany.
