Why does wish you were here have more plays than another Brick in the wall?
@@user-sh5eq4dw6o album and greatest hit compilation versions were combined
13:05 the deepest lyric from their entire discography
Mother do you think they'll try to break my balls?
I cry everytime
Does it say balls
Pink Floyd has multiple songs with less than a million listens, and they also have a couple songs with more than half a billion listens. Amazing.
The fact that the least played song in The Dark Side Of The Moon is also their 18th most played song says how good that album is.
Actually, it says how Popular* it is xd
Popular not good it’s still good
Yeah but I meant that if the least played song on DSOTM is so popular, it's probably because it's a really good album.
I think it's an excelent album at least 🤷
@@siempreretorna true, but it doesn't take away how good it actually is.
And the fact that the most played song from Animals is their 25th most played song shows how underrated this album is...
It’s amazing that despite how long it is, Echoes is so high up in listens
That transition from The Happiest Days of our Lives and High Hopes is great
You know that album is legendary when the least played song from it has 71M streams
Summer '68 at #73? Come on, that song is a masterpiece.
one of the greatest band
The Greatest.
@@skydetheking OK well how about 4th? Queen, The Beatles, and Led Zeppelin
@@yurikindt6764 I believe it's the second one: The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Queen, The Doors, Led Zeppelin. This is my top 5.

Dogs?
you did not disappoint with your snippet for mother
Their top 20 songs are all off three albums: Wish You Were Here, Dark Side of the Moon, and the Wall.
1:26 this sequence sounds so sick lol
The happiest days of our lives
The Ummagumma Studio Album. What more do I need to say 💀
Grooving with a pict is hilarious.
It is good, its more experimental than other albums and deserve some respect
Yeah it is very good its just overshadowed by the excellent live album
Gunners Dream!? 84th!? What!? That song is perfection.
The Narrow Way Part 3
What the fuck so underrated
i wish more in general got attention. great and wildly underappreciated album
Shame about See-Saw being so low, that song always gets stuck in my head! And all of Piper having so plays, too!
It also makes me depressed that songs from the Division Bell are up in the same range as the Wall and Animals. :/
I was expecting a Dark Side song at number one. The entire album is on the top 18.
Thanks bro
I Love you Pink Floyd
Every single song on Piper, Saucerful, More, Ummagumma, AHM, and OBC has less streams than Stop
This video deserves more attention
THE BEATLES THE BEATLES
2:39
Watching buttercups come to life AAAH! AHHHH! AHHH!
Great choice for the Mother clip lmao
On the Turning Away down at #52??? An awareness campaign is needed ... and as good as the top-ranked song on this list may be, it is not better than Comfortably Numb, Money and Time. Another awareness campaign needed.
See Emily Play is missing
Like all of the early singles are missing
Arnold Layne is also missing
Tbh I don't remember but I don't think Careful with that Axe Eugene is on there either
Eh, it could probably get a pass since it wasn't on the original album release, only added to the US pressing of Piper.
Sorry to say this but, I will never think of "When The Tigers Broke Free" as a "Final Cut" track. (Despite it being on the reissue.)
This is a great video! But where's bike?
4:45 at #111 :p
My favourite radio friendly PF song--WYWH--is also their most streamed. Echos, my favorite long play composition is also high in the list. PF followers do have great taste, at least imho.
stay is so underrated, only 133?!
Another Brick In The Wall is one of the most pieces of in Rock History I don’t get why it has to be their most second streamed song
Because Wish You Were Here is more iconic, before ABITW, and more beautiful, also probably more iconic
one of the most pieces
ong bro
@@yurikindt6764 I never said I think that song should be higher because it should be way lower
It is their greatest hit single ever, most people knows it, obviously it will get streamed the most. People stream what they know best.
Grammar left the chat
Can you make a video for Motorhead or The Alan Parsons Project?
Why does wish you were here have more plays than another Brick in the wall?
album and greatest hit compilation versions were combined
Great videos, can you do the killers next please?
about time i got around to doing them :p

@@imakevideosonyoutube I LOVE YOU
now do ALL filigranas songs least to most played
On The Turning Away only has 25 million plays. Time to change all that.
First album and AMLOR deserve more
3:40 """Pink Floyd"""
Just as valid """Pink Floyd""" song as anything from The Final Cut or A Momentary Lapse of Reason
Was See Emily Play not in here or did I miss it?
I don’t think it was. And for that matter, I don’t remember Arnold Layne either.
@@senator558 Shame, those are good tracks that would probably both fit in the top 100
All their songs are underrated. Today's music industry couldn't even conceive of creating music the way it was in the past.
Dogs is underrated
There seems to be alot of songs missing from this list
Did i miss hey hey rise up? Or is it not included
3:40 at #124 :)
You should do weezer
but its so many songs 😭
How is dogs only 25?
Listened to Pink Floyd and Queen and to be honest I love both bands but having listened to the Beatles proves how good the Beatles actually are more than ever.
The Beatles music is so much more varied and inventive and so many many amazing songs.
All great bands but The Beatles really are on a different level
beatles are great but such a lame comment! it's like saying beethoven is in another league compared to mozart or haydn...same stupidity! a band or a musician speaks more to you...can be more relevant to you.... and that's it... nothing more.
@@themastroiannis
I forget in the and of the Internet, you ard right and I am stupid, so apologies first and not realising my stupidity and your greatness.
Ok, so I would not compare Jazz to Rock or Pop to Classical, all are music but not very comparable and would be unfair to compare as different end goals.
But Rock, Pop, Blues, Rock n Roll and so on all have similar end games and signatures.
As a group Pink Floyd sound samey and pretty boring buy their guitar playing is brilliant and great at giving the audience a haunting sound.
Queen were mostly what I would call stadium Rock and their appeal lies in people singing along to great songs and Brian May's guitar playing and obviously what i would say is the greatest frontman, showman off all time in Freddie and what a singer.
The Beatles, a band that made it early 60s with a few influences that literally changed music and how it can reach new heights. Unafraid to experiment and play outside what everyone else was doing. Covered lots of genres in Rock, Pop, Heavy Metal, Psychedelia, Reggae and all their songs sound different as in you would never know unless you knew some songs were the Beatles.
From She Loves You, to Ticket to Ride, Yesterday, Helter Skelter, A Day in the Life, Let it Be, Happiness is a Warm Gun. And I could go on as I could with Queen and Pink Floyd but there is more variation with the Beatles and more genius. Other great bands had great guitarists or another had the best drummer or bass player. The Beatles had very good players but had a 4 headed monster when it came to the finished songs all made in the 60s when technology was awful.
Lemmy, Ozzy all admire the Beatles and so does many more artists, they arr referenced in films made today over 50 years since they broke up.
There is a reason for it.
Beatles are one of the most overrated bands of all time. Their music isn't very good despite the impact they had.
@@lukebradford
Explain your theory
They changed music
They had lots of genres
Paul Mccartney and John Lennon have amazing voices and Paul Mccartney could reach some incredible notes
Mccartney great bass player
Lennon better than he gives himself credit for and actually lead plenty of songs and some great riffs.
Ring was a great drummer and some of his stuff is fantastic, listen to Rain
Harrison some great solos and sogs on how own right
Plus 2 of the best songwriters of all time
Not may can go from a Love Me Do, She Loves You to Nowhere Man, Taxman, Yer Blues, Something, Helter Skelter and more
No band has done it
All other bands stay the same throughout, the Beatles changed all the way through and got better.
Over to you
I like the Beatles and all but this comment is so random, like who asked
