Sago Gula Melaka
1 cawan sago
6 cawan water
1 screwpine leaves
2 titik pewarna hijau green
Sedikit garam
1. Basuh sago dah tapis.
2. Masak air bersama garam, daun pandan dan pewarna hijau.
3. Apabila air sudah mendidih, masukkan sago and biarkan sehingga sago menjadi jernih.
4. Tutup periok dan biakan selama 5 minit.
5. Tapis di bawah paip air dengan mengggunakan penapis.
6. Masukkan sago kedalam bekas atau acuan and biarkan sejuk.
Santan
1 cawan santan
1 cawab aur
Garam secukup rasa
1. Letak semuanya kedalam periok and jerang diatas dapur
2. Sejukkan
Air Gula Melaka
1/2 cawan gula melaka
2/3 cawan air
Daun Pandan
1. Campurkan bahan diatas masak atas dapur
2. Sapis dan sejukkan.
3. Hidang bersama Sago dan santan

Thank you for your concern. In fact his video is from past year. We have already upgraded our audio since.
As video recording in done directly is a private kitchen and not in a studio, there are bound to be some noise. We are doing our best to edit and do voice over when required..
You added coloring while boiling the sago and then you wash off Puan... why not u boil, wash , strain and then add coloring. Jadi boleh lah jimat pewarna n dpt warna yng lebih green

1 cup sago
6 cups water
1 screwpine leaves
2 drops green colouring
Pinch of salt
1. Wash sago and drain.
2. Boil water add salt, screwpine leaves and green coloring.
3. Once the water start boiling, add sago and cook until it's clear.
4. Cover the pot and put aside for 5 minutes.
5. Then put the sago in a strainer and run under tap water.
6. Spoon sago into dessert bowl and let it set.

Coconut milk
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water Salt to taste
1. Boil the above.
2. Leave to cool and serve it with sago

Palm sugar syrup
1/2 cup palm sugar
2/3 cup water
Screwpine leaf
1. Boil the above ingredients.
2. Strain and leave to cool.
3. Serve with sago.
